"Ryan and Abe showed up today to replace the incorrect drain that was installed by another contractor for our new shower. When they opened up the area, they found the other contractor had put wall pipes into the ground, didn't even seal or connect them correctly, and found they had gotten concrete all the way into the p-trap. Because our vent pipe was in the way, they had to dig out a larger area and replace that as well. The original contractor showed up and was not only unprofessional, but was downright beligerant. Ryan stayed very calm and handled the contractor like the professional he is! He and Abe not only repaired and replaced everything, he checked everything for any other problems so we could be assured smooth sailing from now on. Ryan and Abe showed me they take pride in doing a great job and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. The pictures attached are showing the horrible work the other contractor did, and the NEW piping A & A Plumbing did. I would recommend them 1000%. "Carlos Mora responded the same night I requested quote. Plumbers in my immediate and local area could not provide plumbing services as soon and quickly as Carlos Mora. I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. I am so impressed with Carlos Mora, I plan to give his business card to the Pro desk at Home Depot so that he can assist others like me who needed plumbing services. "First off, the head person, Chris, was very professional.  He was extremely polite and friendly throughout.  The issue I had was that there are very expensive.  Too expensive really.  For their service, they really need to come down on price.  They noted that my sensor was not operational.  They were going to install a new one for $200 and change.  A sensor itself costs between $30 to $45 at home depot and you can get cheaper ones online.  The time to install it is not that long.  Then, he noted that I should replace one of my heads.  It should be a little taller.  I asked how much they would do it for ... I was thinking $20 max.  They quoted me $55.  Unbelievable!  Heads costs between $6 and $14.  I declined.
I have used other companies to do the same job and they are much more affordable and the service is just as good.

It would have been better to let me know clearly that the installer was over booked because I stayed home for three days when I had things that I needed to do and was waiting."
