Our air conditioner developed a leak which I thought was due to a blocked drain pipe, so I had to find someone to unblock it quickly. Of the companies I contacted, A/C Doctor was able to respond the quickest. Brian came and looked at our system and informed us that the issue was more than just the drain pipe. The pipe was blocked due to corrosion coming off the condenser. The outside unit was not matched to the inside unit. And so on. He spoke with the office and was able to schedule an install of a new system the very next morning. It was already after 8 PM by this time! (We knew the HVAC system needed replacing, we just weren't anticipating it this soon.) The workers performed the install and even included an air purifier and duct cleaning. The system is a York, so not some off-brand that we never heard of. We get 2 years of service with the install, and will definitely buy a service contract from A/C Doctors when it expires. Please note: I posted this exact same review on Yelp.

They gave me the best for the lowest price. They have great customer service. We had an issue with one of the thermostats after the installment, and a tech was at my house an hour after I called. It was a manufacturer error. They replaced the thermostat immediately.

I very much appreciated that they were kind and understanding and were willing to do whatever they needed to do to get our home cool again. We were left waiting after 3 days by another service provider. I used HomeAdvisor to find AC Doctors and they were at our home within a few hours from first contact.
