"I've used this plumbing company multiple times since moving to San Antonio about 15 years ago, and I always appreciate their professional, personable, and prompt expertise. This was the second time in barely a year that the garbage disposal unit in my sister's house had led to an overflow disaster under her kitchen sink, and this time--thank goodness--I contacted Georges Plumbing for assistance, based on my own experience with them. They quickly identified that the disposal unit had been installed improperly and (at our request) removed it completely and put new drain pipes in place. What a relief!"

"This is a review for Patrick S at A & A Plumbing in San Antonio, Texas. We had two sinks in the same bathroom that were draining slowly. This was not an emergency, so I made an appointment for two business days later. The person on the phone was polite and helpful and did a good job explaining the company policies about the service charge (about $20) that is credited towards any work done and what to expect when the plumbers came. I was given a 4 hour window and they came very near the beginning of the window. They called in advance to confirm and then again to let me know when the plumber was actually on his way and the name to expect. When Patrick got here, he gave a description of what was the likely problem and a quote to fix both sinks at once as we agreed the problem was probably past where the sink drain pipes joined up. He promised to talk over any surprises he found before doing anything extra, but his diagnosis was correct and they had both sinks draining wonderfully in less than an hour. Patrick and his colleague were pleasant and left everything as clean as when they came. They did not push selling me extra services, although they did ask if I had any other issues. I felt the price was fair for the high quality service I got. I will use this company again if we have another plumbing problem."

"A rotor and two valve boxes in my front yard were damaged by tree roots. I called Andy's and they scheduled my house for the following day. Luis and a helper arrived on time. Luis was very knowledgeable and provided different options to fix my system. He explained the costs related to the repairs. I decided to go with the lowest cost option. I had a spare rotor so they did not charge me for a new rotor. After they finished the valve box and rotor repair, they found a leak in an obsolete bubbler that was no longer in use. They removed the bubbler and capped the pipe associated with it."

It is a known fact that electricians,plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. "If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Initially, one of my major concerns was broken plumbing pipes, as I had read from many of their competitor's poor reviews. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes. No pipes were broken and my house was lifted an inch on the left front side and two and half inches on the right! FSS exceeded my expectations!!"

"I hired this company to do adjustments to existing piers the previous owners had had installed, per the advisement of a structural engineer we hired to inspect our property. We also needed significant drainage help due to water backing up into our house and flooding our master bedroom when the heavier storms blew through. We had french drains and 7 catch basins installed to remedy the water issues, and they adjusted 4 piers and installed 3 new ones. They were not the cheapest estimate we received, but Chris sat with me and explained every detail of the scope of work, and made sure I understood everything it entailed. I would have hired them based on customer service alone, but I ultimately chose this company because they were the only company that even offered a warranty takeover on the existing piers they adjusted. The only reason I docked half a star was because on the second day, the crew was working until it was very dark outside, by flashlight, and it seemed they were just in a hurry to get home for the evening (frankly, I don't blame them!) As a result, the catch basins were covered up and another part was not sufficiently graded to allow for optimal drainage, so it pooled in one area. Once the company was notified of the issue, they sent a crew back out to remedy the issue and we haven't had an issue since!
