"Pushy sales people using shady business practices that are more concerned with making money than on their customers needs. The products they installed were not explained well and do not work like they should. After our security system was installed, our sales rep Stephanie sold us on a deal for security cameras that were buy 2 get 1 free. Apparently by signing that deal we waived our 90 day trial period or I would cancel everything and go with a different company. Use a different company unless you enjoy getting screwed by sleazy sales people."
