Tim is excellent! Called us to let us know he could come earlier than our scheduled time. He knows his equipment, he tests everything after set up, explains all of the changes in an easy to understand manner. I highly recommend him and would call him again! His price is very reasonable and he is generous with his time.

Simply spectacular service from Tim! Very responsive to service request, understood what I needed, and had it all done quickly! Called to request service on Friday and he had an appointment for me first thing Monday morning! Worked with me throughout the process to make sure that everything was placed at the best viewing angle for the room(s). The resulting finished product was exquisite. Installed an extra outlet for the TV and added wall cable pass through plates that look fantastic. The best thing about Tim is that he obviously cares about making sure you get exactly what you need with the service. He also provided some hidden discounts that were an excellent surprise! I cannot recommend Tim and TSG enough!

FANTASTIC! Our T.V. And sound bar look amazing! World of a difference than having them on a T.V. stand. Tim offered suggestions on what would work best with my ultimate goal on having it mounted. I will definitely be using this company again for our next T.V.

Everything went very well. I called on Saturday and TSGSAN was able to come out the very next Monday morning. The finished installation is perfect - just exactly what we wanted. Clean up was thorough. And, I think the cost was reasonable. (I did not get another quote to compare with.) The only hitch was that they went to an incorrect address, but they immediately called to let me know they were running late and explained why.

Mr. Huff was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to show me how to work all the systems he installed as many times as it took for me to learn to do it. Believe me. It took many times for this nontechnological person to finally learn the systems. He was patient and willing to take the time to help me learn how to use all these things without giving me the feeling that I was taking up too much time. After he left, he even walked me through on the phone an additional issue that I had for no additional charge. He was very clear, and I was able to do this extra thing with no trouble. I recommend Mr. Huff to anyone one with technological installations or for other general technological help. He completed all my projects and then some in a timely, efficient manner. He was not willing to leave without every system working perfectly. His fees were extremely reasonable, and I thought that I received a good value for a superior service.

Tim assisted with selecting TV mount location in the viewing room, saved me lots of money buy purchasing his TV mount,and unboxed the giant TV. He did an excellent job installing the TV mount, setting up the TV, etc. I would hire him again.

The installation was done very well and I was impressed by the quality of the work. He was able to find a good way to securely mount the TV to the wall since there are no mount holes on the bottom half of the tv. He did a great job with being professional and cleaning up the little bit of dust and debris at the end job the job. I would definitely hire him again for any future jobs.

We found Tim and his company through a recommendation from Amazon when we purchased the TV and soundbar wall mounts. Tim came out to take a look at our equipment and wall to give us an estimate. He was incredibly nice and professional. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very honest. Scheduling the appointment for installation was easy on this website. His company website was user-friendly and had a lot of info and pictures pertaining to stereo and home theater installation. Tim sent me a text to confirm the appointment a few days before and him and his partner showed up on time. They worked fast! They are true experts! We decided beforehand to hide the power cord and wires behind the wall. At first I was worried about drilling a hole in the wall but Tim reassured me that it would look much nicer and I'm so glad I took his advice. He did a beautiful job of drilling a small enough area to fit the cords/wires and covered it up with a plate behind the TV. He had no trouble installing the wall mounts that I had already purchased. Now, my TV and soundbar look beautiful on my wall!

Fantastic!!! Tim is the consummate professional!! I scheduled the mount the same day on a user friendly website. He showed up early to the appt and I thought it was a tech. After talking to him I realized he was the owner of this company. He is very friendly, very professional, and clean. I will use him again in the future!
