They replaced the factory sound system in my Nissan Max. They did an outstanding job. Answered all my questions before and after my installation. They were able to give me options as far as the system and the price was good. Purchase included an alarm to supplement my existing setup. The desire to help me get the right set up, their ability to answer my questions and overcome challenges is what impressed me. I had to call back with some issues syncing up my mobile device and they asked me to bring it in without charge. They did not have to do that. I like that Mohammed takes an interest in the service that his customers get. He checked in with me after all was done. That scored points with me. He and his team have earned my future business. Today had the windows tinted on my 2015 Porsche Boxster S. Although small job in comparison, he has installed a full stereo system and back up camera in my 2009 Corvette ZR1 and in my 2008 Z06. Also tinted my 2015 Chrysler 200c...

Overall it was great. It only took about 2 hours and so far the tinting has been great. They offer a life-time warranty and they told me to bring it back and they would redo it if there were any issues.

The owner is very professional, and provided me with great background and a great price. However, when my tint was first installed, the cuts were a bit rough and i had a few extra bubbles that didn't go away. Without hesitation, the tint was removed and replaced. I was also pleased with the cuts the second time around. Jaime was the installer if you need to make a request.

Both times the provider offered excellent value and excellent service. One vehicle has been tinted for almost a year and the tint is still perfect.

The service was great. Immediately someone started the work and overall they did a good job from all I can tell.

Quality of materials is great but my complaint is with the installation. I've had to take each vehicle back to have them re tint one of the windows on each car. One had multiple bubbles that never cleared after 2 weeks on the passenger side right in the path of the side mirror when viewed from the driver's seat. The other car had similar issues. The professionalism at the front desk is hit or miss. The main tint guy (sorry I forgot his name) is awesome. The rest really don't work to keep you informed or feel appreciated for being there.

The manager Mohammad was good in showing me different shades of tinting and recommending which to have applied. Tinting was done on all of the side windows and the rear window within a few hours. After application, I was instructed not to roll down the windows for five days and to leave the car out in the sun as much as possible. Bubbles could be seen but I was told that they would go away within 10 days. If not, then I had the option of bringing the car in to be checked. So far, the tinting seems adequate in reducing the intensity of sunlight but doesn't do much to reduce the interior heat. Only a few very small bubbles remain. According to the sales receipt, there is a life time warranty on the tinting. I did not receive a copy of the warranty but plan to go back and ask for it. Window cleaning was not discussed but some literature recommends not using ammonia based cleaners on the tint. I decided to have the tinting applied primarily based on the price as I only plan on keeping the car for a few years. Quotes from other retailers were at least twice as high compared to what I paid. The actual quality of the tinting material might be questioned based on the very low price but I am satisfied with it. If heat reflection is a big concern, then consideration might be given to more expensive tinting products. Overall, I would encourage anyone looking for tinting at a reasonable price to check this place out.

They had to get the harness and did so right away. They also replaced my speakers which sounded terrible. I got a new, really cool radio on sale that allowed me to buy a much better radio than I would have bought had they not offered me the one that was on sale. They did it all while I waited and that didn't take long at all. I love that radio! Actually the whole system. It sounds so great. I would use this company again without any doubt. I found this company on Angie's List and am so happy I am a member of Angie's List. I have always had such good luck with companies I find on Angie's List.

I went to location several days prior to get approximate cost and warranty. As I didn't want to remain on premises for the 2 to 3 hours it would take, they offered me a ride home and back as I live less than 5 miles from the location. The window tint was perfectly placed. There are no bubbles, scratches, etc., whatsoever. The alarm is a very up-to-date system. Although the building they are in is small and not a big attractive place, the service and workmanship is outstanding. I appreciate Mohammed for taking me home and back in his vehicle. I also appreciate, I believe his name is Junior, for the installation. Great folks all around!

Good price for high carbon. On time, good quality. Good people.

Great experience. Went in for appointment and was attended to right away. Took about 30 minutes total to pull my system and remove the coins, which restored audio to my care (the coins were shorting out the whole system). Quick and convenient.

They did an excellent job. The people that I went to before them screwed it up. The person at Sound Master did an excellent job. I spent 3 to $400 to get it fixed. The quality of their work was superior compared to other companies. I felt comfortable with what I paid. I would tell other people to use them.

Not Good, the alarm doesn't work properly it doesn't detect motion. I am hitting the car to try it and it doesn't sound. The owner said that the remote control it supposed to advise me when a door is open, but it doesn’t do that. To make it worst, the alarm sound like a little kid buzz, no one car hear that! Also, the radio is all bad connected, the Diem light in the radio cannot been seen in day time, I had to go and rewire the whole connection, not to well done….I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Muhammad relayed the following Monday that he needed the VIN for my car in order to determine if he could repair the stereo. We have called back a number of times and have, after 1 1/2 weeks, not received any calls back. We are done trying to get someone to take our business and will move on to another shop...hopefully with better results.

The experience was very good. We chose them, because they had good ratings.

I called and asked if they sold the Carshow Navigation aftermarket unit for the Mustang. They said they did not. I told them I could order it on Amazon and they said they could install it. The installation had it's rough times but they were diligent in contacting the tech support at Rosen Electronics to get past those hurdles. It took three trips in with my car to get everything working. I blame poor documentation for the unit which made the installation confusing. Mohammed, the owner was super and the installation person, Junior was patient with my problems and finally all was figured out and now works. The installation was professional. I'd go back to them and also recommend them to others in the future.
