installed a much better alarm for the same price of a cheaper one at a different shop.  The other shop said it would take up to eight hours Sound Masters did it in two hours. They did an awesome job.  I will go back for tinting

I found them on Angie's List and called to see how the tinting process worked.  I was impressed with the reviews and how knowledgeable they were- the work was done very well and in a timely manner.  I plan to go back to have them work on my satellite radio and bluetooth.

They replaced the factory sound system in my Nissan Max.  They did an outstanding job.  Answered all my questions before and after my installation.  They were able to give me options as far as the system and the price was good.  Purchase included an alarm to supplement my existing setup.
The desire to help me get the right set up, their ability to answer my questions and overcome challenges is what impressed me.  I had to call back with some issues syncing up my mobile device and they asked me to bring it in without charge.  They did not have to do that. 
I like that Mohammed takes an interest in the service that his customers get.  He checked in with me after all was done.  That scored points with me.

Overall it was great. It only took about 2 hours and so far the tinting has been great. They offer a life-time warranty and they told me to bring it back and they would redo it if there were any issues. 

The owner is very professional, and provided me with great background and a great price.  However, when my tint was first installed, the cuts were a bit rough and i had a few extra bubbles that didn't go away.  Without hesitation, the tint was removed and replaced.  I was also pleased with the cuts the second time around.  Jaime was the installer if you need to make a request.

Both times the provider offered excellent value and excellent service. One vehicle has been tinted for almost a year and the tint is still perfect.

The service was great. Immediately someone started the work and overall they did a good job from all I can tell.

Quality of materials is great but my complaint is with the installation.  I've had to take each vehicle back to have them re tint one of the windows on each car.  One had multiple bubbles that never cleared after 2 weeks on the passenger side right in the path of the side mirror when viewed from the driver's seat.  The other car had similar issues.  The professionalism at the front desk is hit or miss.  The main tint guy (sorry I forgot his name) is awesome.  The rest really don't work to keep you informed or feel appreciated for being there.

The manager Mohammad was good in showing me different shades of tinting and recommending which to have applied. Tinting was done on all of the side windows and the rear window within a few hours.  After application, I was instructed not to roll down the windows for five days and to leave the car out in the sun as much as possible. Bubbles could be seen but I was told that they would go away within 10 days.  If not, then I had the option of bringing the car in to be checked.  So far, the tinting seems adequate in reducing the intensity of sunlight but doesn't do much to reduce the interior heat.  Only a few very small bubbles remain.  According to the sales receipt, there is a life time warranty on the tinting.  I did not receive a copy of the warranty but plan to go back and ask for it.  Window cleaning was not discussed but some literature recommends not using ammonia based cleaners on the tint.  

I decided to have the tinting applied primarily based on the price as I only plan on keeping the car for a few years.  Quotes from other retailers were at least twice as high compared to what I paid.  The actual quality of the tinting material might be questioned based on the very low price but I am satisfied with it.  If heat reflection is a big concern, then consideration might be given to more expensive tinting products.  Overall, I would encourage anyone looking for tinting at a reasonable price to check this place out.
