Excellent work

After setting up an appointment, Brad was very thorough measuring and including an emergency shut off point (required by law). We scheduled around the rain to do the work and 2 licensed electricians showed up to complete. They also ran another wire in the conduit so I can have another outlet for my future grilling area lights. Electricians were not contractors and cared about the job they were doing. They were very careful of my sprinkler system to not damage and always communicated with me when there was a question. Overall great experience and will use them again when needed.

I have an old house with no lights in the closets. I wanted lights with switches installed. They were on-time, clean, professional, and did a very beautiful job. Very happy with the whole experience, and what a difference light makes in the closet!

We did like their service. We were really very pleased with the guy that helped us and everything. I think he is fair because he did have to do a little detective work. He was persistent. He was trying to work it as efficiently as possible while being careful especially with the way that old houses are wired. They are not always straightforward. I think the cost was reasonable considering the time he had to work with and everything like that. Our family had used them before, and we figured that they are familiar with a lot of homes in Alamo Heights, so we go with them. I think he only had to reconnect the wire in the bedroom. It was really strange about how it worked out because they had something to do with the line. They were familiar with that type of situation because they had told us before. They didn’t have to run a whole new line. Something got loose in our bedroom and it affected the other outlet in our living room. If somebody would just come in and told us about replacing the whole line or put a new outlet or whatever, probably it would have cost a lot more but instead he played detective to find the problem. It was just a loose wire itself which of course we never would have figured out. We thought the price was reasonable. Our house is really heated, and it was a hot day too. We just have 2 small window units. We don’t have central air and heat, so the working conditions were not pleasant. They were responsive. The only thing I didn’t realize at that time when I was making a call was that I had to call back to make an appointment. I thought that we were already going to do the appointment, and he is going to call back. There was a little mix-up, but I didn’t understand. I think it was my fault on that. The person I ended up calling I guess was one of the owners. He was home with a sick kid, and they gave me his cell phone.

They did a good job and we would absolutely not hesitant to hire them back. They were able to run the wires from the attic so there was minimal sheetrock repair when they were finished. They did it room by room. Since we already had the flat screens they went ahead and mounted those and installed the computer equipment and tested everything. They are not the least expensive but they will do exactly what we want and they are extremely clean.

The electrician came the next morning after I called. They were very professional, took very little time, and did an excellent job. They cleaned after themselves.

Vollmer Electric Company did a wonderful job updating our home's electrical system, and we were quite pleased. He was prompt, professional and finished his work in a timely manner. I don't remember what the cost was to have this work done.

Vollmer Electric Company was here at our home exactly when they said that they would. They were very polite and courteous. I thought the quality of work was very professional. They price they had charged was more then reasonable. We have not had any problems with the work they did.

Good experience and very professional. They were always very prompt and anytime we had a dispute with our bill, they would always work it out with us.
