"Did not confirm appointment. Did not do two rooms. Did not move the few pieces of furniture in the house and cleaned around the furniture leaving the tile and grout under the furniture not cleaned. Charged more than submitted in the his proposal. Mr. Turner was unresponsive to all my questions. Claimed to have cleaned all spaces. I would not recommend John Turner or his Coastal Bend Company. It was an extremely unprofessional experience and very disappointing result."

We reported some things we were not happy with at the final walk through, but Kurt and team rallied everyone quickly to fix everything without any further issues.
