Did not confirm appointment. Did not do two rooms. Did not move the few pieces of furniture in the house and cleaned around the furniture leaving the tile and grout under the furniture not cleaned. Charged more than submitted in the his proposal. Mr. Turner was unresponsive to all my questions. Claimed to have cleaned all spaces. I would not recommend John Turner or his Coastal Bend Company. It was an extremely unprofessional experience and very disappointing result.

I had the master shower floor re-grouted. About 30 percent of the tiles were either scratched or chipped. I also had to put in more grout myself as some of the grout lines had sunken in.

John did a very good job on this project. The grout was totally black in this white floor. When he was finished it looked like a brand new floor. I could not believe it!!! I agree with Bill B.---can anybody really be that good? But I have to tell you-YES THEY CAN!!!
