Innovo Renovations

We did quite an extensive home upgrade - moved plumbing, moved walls, changed ceiling and walls texture, added windows, and completely gutted the exterior garage to turn into a nice insulated workshop. Innovo Rennovations listened to everything we asked for and offered suggestions when needed. They are wonderfully flexible to work with and strive to deliver a quality product. We reported some things we were not happy with at the final walk through, but Kurt and team rallied everyone quickly to fix everything without any further issues. They stand behind the work, they deliver, and are great to work with.

Project was completed to our expectations and the people at Innovo were very professional and quality oriented. Kurt’s designs exceeded our expectations for a new bathroom. The project managers, Joe and Marci, were always responsive to our requests and wonderful to work with.

Very few problems. Biggest was dust for old tile removal. Excellent service from cabinet maker, painters, electrician, plumber, painters, and everyone else that came to work on our project. Price was fair for the quality and quantity of work we had done. It is just amazing at how much more space we have even with twice as many cabinets. Would highly recommend to anyone. We plan on using them again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

Kurt and Innovo did a great job from beginning to end. Kurt came out and listened to what we wanted. He made suggestions on products and design and was very flexible as we considered a large number of options. During construction, his crews were highly professional, polite, skilled, and considerate. We are very, very happy with the end result. We consider it money well spent.

Great experience!!! Although we live in Dallas, our beach condo on North Padre Island needed updating. After reading the reviews for Innovo, we met with Kurt Tugman and discussed our vision and what we were hoping to accomplish to bring our 40 year old condo up to date. We told him that this would need to be done without our being there to oversee the project. He said that it would not be a problem and he certainly came through. He handled the entire kitchen, half bath, downstairs and upstairs flooring without us visiting the coast until the final few days to go over the punch list. Upon seeing our condo redo for first time, we were thrilled. It was everything we hoped for and more. As the Innove crew put the finishing touches on the condo, we got to know Kurt’s crew for the first time and they were the BEST! They were so professional, friendly, and could not do enough to make sure we were absolutely pleased. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and you would have not known there had been a crew in. During this renovation process, our calls and emails were promptly answered and we received updates of how the renovation was progressing. When we uttered those infamous words “while you’re at it” we heard “no problem” in reply. We had every confidence in Kurt, Eddie, Joe and the whole Innovo team and were not disappointed. We cannot thank them enough for the beautiful job they did and their fantastic attitudes.

The project took longer than originally planned but with Covid, add-ons, and unexpected water damage found, was understood. The kitchen was completely gutted, a water leak was found, and work was done to fix that. 1960's wall paneling was removed in the adjacent den and new insulation and drywall installed. A wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed to open the living space, and a beam installed for support. The refrigerator was relocated and water lines moved. The gas line from the nearby utility room was extended to allow for a gas stove and oven, which I had been wanting for years. Old lava rock surrounding our fireplace was removed and a mantle and tile surround replaced it. Work was done to accomodate the TV being placed over the fireplace. I consulted with a designer who helped me pick colors and finishes that updated the entire area. Everything was painted and finished out. Crown molding was installed throughout. The changes allow more natural light into the entire space. The kitchen flows better and is truly beautiful with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and a ton more storage. I also now have a wall-to-wall buffet in the dining room, which is lovely and allows for more storage as well. New, updated lighting compliments the space. Innovo did an excellent job, accommodated add-ons and requests along the way, and addressed any concerns that we had promptly. I would definitely recommend them!

Countertop/Backsplash-Kitchen

We shopped around for new home construction and this builder came highly recommended by a friend. Even though it wasn't the cheapest option, I am convinced we got the best deal out there. The work quality and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I have dealt with several construction/remodel projects before (in other states) and I was truly impressed by this company. their work also comes with warranty, so they really do stand by their work. if we ever build/remodel anything in this area, this is the only company I'm working with.

Innovo helped us to fall in love with our home again!!! All new kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, added a half bathroom, all new flooring, custom wainscoting and more! They were professional, responsive and helped guide us through from start to finish. Even more, they remained in touch with us after the project to ensure we were happy with the results and that there were no problems! They are now remodeling my in-laws home with the same amount of care and attention! I highly recommend them for any home project, no matter the size.

The job started right when COVID-19 hit but progressed very smoothly, pretty as planned. These guys are very professional and all were so nice and attentive to our needs. They made absolutely certain we were happy with every little thing. We shopped around and they weren’t the lowest bidder but we’d seen their work before and the little extra we may have paid was well worth it. I would recommend Innovo without hesitation.

Excellent. After dealing with several unethical contractors, Innovo was a breath of fresh air. They were trustworthy, professional, punctual and did a great job. Would highly recommend and hire again.

Skilled craftsmen and very professional! We had a kitchen remodel done and Kurt and his team were excellent! From communications, to staying on schedule, to excellent work quality, I have no complaints. They made changes as requested along the way and were very responsive to questions. They stayed on budget, unless we chose upgrades, and kept us updated on the financial aspects of the project along the way. Any remodel like this will have some inconvenience, but at the end of it all we love our new Innovo kitchen!!

Everything went well. Only issues were that I was charged extra for some things that I assumed was part of the bid I received. Maybe a lack of communication on both parties. Other thing was attention to detail on the finished product. Maybe a missed caulk joint, or an uneven grout line, etc. I will admit that I may be a difficult client. My eye for detail and standards of work are very high. But Every time an issue came up, they we’re very responsive and professional. They have a very “customer is always right” attitude, and have made everything right that I have asked for. Issues during construction are almost unavoidable regardless of who you use, but how a contractor deals with them when they arise is what sets them apart. I have been very pleased with them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Innovo did an excellent job on my patio project. They handled everything from the concrete, plumbing, siding, electrical work, framing and building the covering and painting. I now have my dream covered patio!

An excellent job. I had a great relationship with management and workmen; they're a wonderful group of gentlemen. The entire team was flexible, open to my suggestions, and willing to make changes as needed. Some communication errors occurred during the renovation. Sometimes unresponsive to calls or texts. Price was excellent, and workmanship/attention to detail was well above the norm. I want a long-term relationship with Innovo and will use them in the future.

We highly recommend INNOVO, an excellent reconstruction company. From several bids, we selected INNOVO based on price and their reported quality of work. INNOVO employees were professional workers with great attention to detail and a willingness to please. Many times INNOVO employees made suggestions for improvements with which we were pleased. We are very happy with the final results of our condo restoration and would definitely use them again. We enjoyed working with INNOVO.

This was our second successful project with Innovo. We are very happy with the end result. This time we had a pretty tight window to get a lot of work done and they delivered on their promises to get it done and done right. To the extent there were any latent issues, they have been quick to remedy them. We would definitely use them again.

Kurt and his team were very efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable during this entire process and the work was done with very high quality. Getting the new door unit was a nine month process (not handled by Innovo) and Kurt was understanding and patient through all the delays. When our door did finally arrive we were scheduled quickly and Kurt answered my many questions about the project. I was very nervous because we were going from a single door with built-in glass block sidelites (in stucco) to a whole complete unit, so much demo to the stucco was involved. He assured me they could do the work and lined up the windstorm inspection, stucco guy, and painter with no issues. The crew showed up on time (before even), was very respectful and friendly, got to work right away, and always kept the area clean while and after they were working. In just one day they had the old door out and the new one framed in and working. We absolutely love our door and are so relieved the install was painless. It is very difficult to find a quality contractor for work like this in our area so I'm happy to now have Innovo for whatever we may need done!

Great job done from laborers to project manager. They were an awesome team. Very happy with finished job and it came out better then I was expecting. Will definitely hire for our bathrooms to be remodeled.

Kurt always does a fantastic job of estimating both the time and cost of the project. Every project we have done he has a great idea on design, space planning or value engineering. This plus a fast turnaround of the estimate and a clear sense of urgency to bring the project to a close is why we have used Innovo multiple times and recommend them regularly.

Great. We were kept informed throughout a complicated project. Innovo is a terrific outfit.
