"A 5ton 16 Seer Trane system was installed by Bassam of so called "Quality1" in 2018. The system was a disaster from the get go. Coil was replaced the same year and a second compressor was installed to replace the original in 2019. Warranty only covers part and I ended up paying Q1 for labor Every time. every summer brings new problems "capacitors, contactor,etc etc". 2022 needed a new compressor (third one). July 2023 compressor need replacement again. I am now stranded with 80 deg in the house. I am getting quotes to install a new system. Never again Trane Never again Quality1"

Then we got a call at 11:40am to say the plumber was on his way. At 12:25 we got a call from the plumber saying he'd be there in about 30 minutes. He spent about 15 minutes here to swap out the shower head. They charged a flat rate which we were not informed about until the plumber got here - it was $242. If we refused the work they would charge $131 for the trip charge. Again this was not communicated at the appointment scheduling. The plumber said that the company had been sold about 1 year ago and this is what it was now. We had used Dallas Plumbing for over 30 years; not anymore. The customer service is gone and they don't have any concept of small job pricing."
