Filled our a/c unit with freon $513.21 without first checking for leaks and the next day it was empty of freon. Quoted $1800 for a new head unit plus trip charges and labor. New A/C contractor said they should have tested the system first and that only the coils needed to be replaced. So disappointed and out over $500 a senior on a fixed income. Pitiful, Do not recommend.

"Sorry to hear this and that you were not happy with our service pricing. We were not informed you were on a fixed income. Prices were discussed beforehand and then approved before moving forward with the service. Our prices are industry standard. We also did inform you that there was a potential leak before putting freon in at the first appointment. Unfortunately, you cannot judge the extent of a leak off just that, like what was discussed with your husband. We do also apologize you're not happy for the customer service. We communicated with your husband multiple times before, during and after both of your appointments, even after hours. We hope your a/c issues got resolved in a more suitable manner for you."

Very prompt and friendly! Very knowledgeable and gave us options but, we decided to go with a whole new unit. New unit runs like a dream and they even threw in to extra vents into our converted garage and laundry room. I feel like we go a fair price and quality service.

If you are going to hire this company, make sure you get a price first otherwise they will charge you an arm and a leg. They charged me $430 dollars and the parts alone were no more than $80 all together. They replaced a hard start kit no more than $15 and a dual run cap $50.
