Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
Fortunately, I don't need a Plumber very often, but when I do I call Shane! This time, we experienced a drain blockage with the main line and only discovered it at 10pm. The next morning, I called Shane at 7:15am and he was at the house around 8:45 am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work. He was done, cleaned up and out around a little after 10am. Great job!
Always honest and dependable. Exactly what you want in a contractor!

This is the second time Shawn at Partridge Plumbing has replaced an old water heater for me. Many years ago he replaced an old tank in my Grapevine house and I was very happy. So when I bought another home in Fort Worth recently, I again called on him to do the work. He replaced my tank with a highly rated brand and also replaced all the 22 yr old piping and connections. He is knowledgeable, competitively priced and reliable. There was a minor hiccup with my new tank (not his doing) but he came out at 7:30pm to address the issue. I highly recommend him and he’s my “go to” plumber.

Partridge plumbing, Shane, is absolutely amazing. I have had multiple plumbers over last few years and had price gouging to no-shows. Shane is fabulous! During winter freeze i had 13 pipes split. Shane showed up within a day and had me up and running in less than 3 hrs!! He communicated until he arrived with ETA and was prompt returning once had insulation material. He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable and a local resident. I found him recommended on moms facebook group with 8 families praising his name. Give him a call and save his number for all your needs!!! You will never have to wonder about honesty or integrity!

Shane responded quickly and was accurate in his diagnosis. He worked extremely hard and also found and fixed a faulty shut-off valve. He was reasonable and honest. Would definitely use again.

He came did NOTHING claimed it was an electrical problem. Said I needed an electrician. Replaced a valve and then charged me $225.00 to do NOTHING. The plumber who fixed my issue didn't even charge that much. Beware because he will rip you off!!

"Ma'am. That is false and inaccurate. I tested the whole electrical system, if the water/heater. You had multiple issues. One being the power supplied to the water/heater. (2) Being the temperature relief valve was leaking. I should You the video, you seen it leaking. Your incoming power was 110 volts. An electric water heater runs off of 220. We even went to the electral panel, whereupon your breaker almost fell out of the box. We went over this in great detail.(3) The water/heater had already been previously worked on by a plumber. There where parts scattered all around unit. And the water/heater is only 3 years old. You do have an electrical problem ma'am. Sorry you felt the need to get on this site and slander my name."

Shane is a Master Plumber and did an excellent job with installation. Everything was neat and tidy, and he helped me identify the right products for my needs. He was very transparent and knowledgeable, and I always felt like I was talking to a master plumber and never to a salesman. He's more expensive the handyman but very fairly priced when compared to the large companies that compete in the Southlake area. The big benefit to using Shane was that all the work is done by an excellent master plumber and not a less experienced employee as is the case with the large stores/chains.

Shane was able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. He was knowledgeable and found additional problems that the first plumbing company completely missed. The cut off valve was completely inoperable and the clean out had broken and filled with dirt. The line was buried much deeper than it usually is in a typical home. These were able to be repaired all at once, which I feel saved future damage from occurring. He went to great lengths to remove a tree that was part of the problem and hauled it off. By doing this by hand, he saved shrubbery so it did not have to be replaced. Definitely a hard worker, honest and finished the job quickly. He kept us informed every step of the way. Would use again.

I called Shane and he stopped by that day and reviewed the report. She gave a a quote and was able to return the next day to take of the list. Some repairs were important to the safety of the house. Shane took care of everything in a correct, professional and timely manner.

I think the job was done ok but the man didn't seem very knowledgeable about the process. I think i directed him quite a bit. In all fairness this review is being written 4+ years after service so I don't remember many details.

The whole process was very organized and professional. They pinpointed the leak and explained, in detail exactly what they were going to do. On the day of the work, they arrived on time and proceeded to drill, fix the leak, and then re-cover the slab. During the work, they were courteous and gave us updates as the work was happening.
Would recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing issue. They know what they're doing, and they did it well, and for a reasonable price.

The toiled has smelled ever since, the shims made sewer gasses come up in the bathroom, the bathroom and hall a wall away smelled.
I had them come back out, reset the toilet, take out the shims and the bathroom still smells terrible, I have to leave the door open to keep the gasses from overcoming you in the small enclosed toilet area. I'm very unhappy with this, they did send a second man out, he fixed it. But he seemed mad and maybe he didn't fix it. I'm very unhappy with the service.
Replacing the flange shouldn't cause the gasses to come up, so I can only assume they didn't correctly replace the flange, I took pictures of the flange and process.
My toilet seemed to be ceramic on ceramic, the toilet would sound like scratching tile on tile. I didn't know what caused this, I asked the plumbers to reset the toilet, then they found the flange. There is no more sound, but the smells are terrible. Makes me wish I'd just lived with tile on tile scratching. The alternative is sewer gas, I'm afraid it will poison me some day.

Very simple job. I bought an Angie's List Deal when I saw that my plumber--who had installed my USA-made water heater 3 1/2 years ago--was the contractor for this deal.
I was very impressed with this master plumber over the years. He fixed my toilet; and installed a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and the water heater. I always felt that he had done quality work. And on more than one occasion he directed me to better-quality equipment that would last.
He drained the water heater, we had a nice talk. Another plumbing success that I won't have to worry about for a while.
