My experience with them have been fantastic. I liked that they presented options, and I think they would do a very thorough job of fixing the problem. They said the loose spot was just a problem from living in an old house, but not something structural."

"This guy is not just a carpenter, he is an artist. I asked him to do chair rails and under frames in our dining room, as well as do a coffered ceiling. I had no idea what all this entailed, but he did. He came and measured, gave me options, and offered guidance. The results are beyond what I hoped for. His team left the space cleaner than they found it, and even helped me re hang the pictures and put the furniture back in place. Excellent choice for fine carpentry work!!!"

When I suggested we modify estimate to add another option to fix the subfloor on it he did not hesitate to do this, many contractors would have refused.
