It went great and they were all fantastic and were all professional. I love my bathroom and it's the best remodel I've ever had. The guys were great. I would rehire them again. Everything fits the homeowner's needs. They went far beyond to make sure that everything was fitting her needs.

Took the kitchen down to the studs. Replaced cabinets, sink, all appliances, counter tops. Some hiccups along the way but issues were resolved. Took a sad kitchen and made it shine.

David called me as soon as I sent a request for quotes on a late Saturday night. He was very knowledgeable, and VERY passionate about remodeling homes. I looked up review online, and many had lots to rave about their work. After reviewing options, we ended working with David, Bill, and their team. The initial reach out was end of October, and we finalized plans by December. Started work in early January. We finished in early February. Anytime I noticed something, Bill and David would take it seriously and make sure to resolve it. There were hiccups here and there, but they would take care of them as they come. David knows I can be stickler for things, but so is he and Bill, and they make sure to take care for any concerns or needs we had. Bill cares very much about the little details, and they usually do awesome small and BIG things that we didn’t even think about. I wish I had before photos, but most of the home was designed for the 90s, and now feel very modern. In terms of any out of nowhere cost, there surprisingly weren’t ANY hidden fees or surprise bills. If anything, I paid them additional things that weren’t in the initial quote because I thought of them afterwards, and David still gave great prices. Otherwise, Triple RRR went above and beyond. In terms of price, I think they are kind of in the middle of price, but the quality is great. Better yet, they have excellent communication, and are always a phone call away. We have had some issues with some of our flooring, and they are actively working on it. From start to finish, these guys were phenomenal. We are currently in discussions regarding the kitchen as a future project.

The original bathroom was 44 years old. We had floor tile installed, updated the lighting fixtures by adding over a foot in height to the ceiling and added a light over the shower. We added a cabinet above a new toilet and a new sink with cabinet. The work turned out beautiful and we are very happy with the job and will hire them for upcoming general contracting projects.

David, Billy and team were excellent! From the quote process, to execution, to finalization they were wonderful to work with. Billy and team worked diligently, and explained any issues found with an eye to having the customer completely involved. When changes were requested, the team worked with us to execute as soon as possible. We were involved right from the beginning with the design and all the way through the process. Incidental requests were worked into the plan. Subcontractors were very professional, quick and scheduled well. This remodel was a very pleasant experience. I have suggested their services to neighbors and friends. Would I hire them again? Definitely!

We ended up having some unexpected work done but we are very happy with the results. Their attention to detail is well beyond what we've seen with other contractors.

Bill and David did another great job for me. Every time I hire them, they go above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They are hard working, honest, fair, caring, and just good people. They and their crew always meet my remodeling needs to my satisfaction. It’s refreshing and reassuring to have contractors I can trust. So far for me, they have built closets and cabinets, installed plumbing, some electrical work, insulation, sky light repair, and more. They can do just about anything, and I recommend them.

It went great. Attention to detail was outstanding. Floor protection & dust curtains were installed to keep dust & dirt down to a minimum, & the crew were very respectful of our home. I will definitely use Triple R contracting again.
