"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

And when you show off the work, nobody would show up, it was one person at a time and they weren't in the Uh, even in the orders, they needed to be in. You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."

They let me know when he was coming via texts and he was on time, practiced social distancing and after assessing the fan installation as well as the new switch, was able to complete the installation. The fan installation went as planned and required a larger hole for the fan unit. He cut the hole so it would be easy for the drywall to be replaced. As the old exhaust fan (circa 1989) only used four wires, he had to fish two new wires from the new fan unit to the switch so it could operate the additional controls, which was difficult to say the least, but he got it done. The new exhaust fan is operating per manufacturers spec’s and he left the house clean and in good order. What could be better. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with David and ElectricMan. I had used another big-name company for some past electrical work, but no more. I am planning on a couple of other projects for ElectricMan to do the work on and highly recommend them to anyone."
