I explained this to Brian and he came over at once. He and the licensed AC associate figured out what was wrong quickly. It was too late in the day to pick up the needed part, so Brian generously offered to let me use a window unit in the meantime to keep my collection at the right temperature. By 10 the following day everything was fixed and running beautifully. To say Brian is timely and efficient would be quite an understatement. "This guy is not just a carpenter, he is an artist. I asked him to do chair rails and under frames in our dining room, as well as do a coffered ceiling. I had no idea what all this entailed, but he did. He came and measured, gave me options, and offered guidance. The results are beyond what I hoped for. His team left the space cleaner than they found it, and even helped me re hang the pictures and put the furniture back in place. Excellent choice for fine carpentry work!!!"
