Update: to the owner, you wouldn't have found it under this name. I'm not going to call because I don't care what you have to say. If you want to improve, you should out of integrity.
They were willing to cut several hundred dollars off if I signed that day. That's how I knew they were overcharging me. The salesman said he wanted to get it done that day because he didn't want to come back. I've decided I don't want him to come back either.

All the downstairs’ rooms look so beautiful and alive with the new floor. As Brian suggested the floors beautifully match the colors of the walls. Excellent from start to finish! Scott came to the house for estimate,. I also went to the showroom to pick the flooring choice. Paid for materials, 1/2 down then other 1/2 after installation. The workers moved furniture around and completed in one day!

We had our floors completely redone in September 2023. We already had wood laminate in our kitchen and bathrooms and decided to pull up the carpet in living room and hallway to give the house a more unified feel. They did not have the same laminate as our existing so we had to choose a new one which meant the entire kitchen, living room wash room front entrance and hallway were going to be replaced. This occurred over the course of 3 days. The workers were very nice and courteous. Overall, the finished product was beautiful and my only complaints at that time were the saddles between the rooms/doorways. They were very chinzy compared to the floor. About 2 months later I noticed the one of the wood planks is popping up and getting caught by my office chair. This plank is not at the wall but in the middle of the room. We began to inspect other areas of the flooring and found gaps between the wall and the floor with poor attempts to cover them by extending the floor molding. This is especially the case in the bathrooms around the toilet and tubs. We are now a year out and even more of the planks are buckling, cracking some cases and catching on furniture. Would like for them to come out and fix these issues.
