Both had been poorly built by a different company who apparently had no clue how to build a fireplace. They were falling apart. Our visit with Don Norris, project consultant, Carlos Flores, project manager and Jesse the masonry master put us at ease that this project would be done correctly. They were all so polite and easy to work with. All were extremely knowledgeable about the work needed. Carlos kept me updated with every step of the work and is such a pleasant person to work with. We needed the job completed by Memorial Day. The weather continued to work its havoc but Carlos worked his magic and the job was finished on time! Watching the crew start to work each day was a pleasant surprise. They were upbeat and worked so well together. You could tell they had been doing this for a while now and enjoyed working together. They stayed busy and professional. No sitting around on phones and just watching one person do all the work. They laughed and enjoyed their work. You could tell they wanted the job done correct! A complete tear down of the fireplace was needed. We now have a properly built one that they made sure it would look just like the original we had designed. The patio was removed and concrete poured so quickly. Job well done. We had Carvestone applied to the patio and decking around our pool. Very pleased with the final look of the project. Hosea is a color master making the final design just like we wanted. Job well done guys!

JRussell has been our go to guy for several years now, and his crews are always very professional, they perform excellent work on all our projects. We give JRussell a list of our needs and a budget and it never fails he has always came in on budget and honestly usually under budget. We don’t have to babysit his crews, hey always leave the project clean and in an orderly manner. The only time we did not finish on time was when the supplier had delayed the delivery of our fixtures that were custom ordered. "Amazing Metro-Flow was at my house within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. They were professional, well dressed, respectable, and were able to get me scheduled for the next morning at 8am. "Overall went very well. We're happy with the end result with remodeling our bathrooms, which included knocking out a wall and adding built-in shelves for the shower. Fireplace remodel was a big project with the stone work going from floor to ceiling and requiring scaffolding. Master Handyman helped find options for available inventory of stone as we had no idea how to approach selection and went above/beyond with helping to find a new and suitable gas fireplace system to install. They have also been very responsive and prompt sending contractors to fix minor issues post work within their 1 year warranty (and those issues have not recurred since they fixed.) Overall they know how to take care of the customer, be patient with issues and concerns, and will help with selecting and picking up parts too large for most people to get delivered or pickup on their own.

"It went great!!!!! We had used them on a special in Sept of 2014 to do a roof inspection and they found our leak and fixed it all within the special price. They did not try to sell us a new roof at the time, because it still had a year or two left.... We had hail this year and that was it for our roof....

"They showed up to quote a fence replacement on time (we had a difficult time with other fence companies even completing the quote process when they said they would). The fence installation was high quality. This led us to ask for a quote for a complete patio remodel including a covered patio, outdoor kitchen, new decking.
