JRussell has been our go to guy for several years now, and his crews are always very professional, they perform excellent work on all our projects. We give JRussell a list of our needs and a budget and it never fails he has always came in on budget and honestly usually under budget. We don’t have to babysit his crews, hey always leave the project clean and in an orderly manner. The only time we did not finish on time was when the supplier had delayed the delivery of our fixtures that were custom ordered. We had a patio cover built that tied into the existing roofline, plus an outdoor fireplace constructed, and we could not be more pleased with the result. Our project was quite extensive and involved the additional challenge of working very close to our existing pool. Masonry, framing, roofing, electrical, trim, and painting were all done very well. It was evident from the construction materials and methods used that Allied has high standards and wants customers to be satisfied. - Allied Outdoor SolutionsWe hired Allied Outdoor Solutions to repair our outdoor fireplace and remove an existing flagstone patio. Both had been poorly built by a different company who apparently had no clue how to build a fireplace. They were falling apart. Our visit with Don Norris, project consultant, Carlos Flores, project manager and Jesse the masonry master put us at ease that this project would be done correctly. They were all so polite and easy to work with. All were extremely knowledgeable about the work needed. Carlos kept me updated with every step of the work and is such a pleasant person to work with. We needed the job completed by Memorial Day. The weather continued to work its havoc but Carlos worked his magic and the job was finished on time! Watching the crew start to work each day was a pleasant surprise. They were upbeat and worked so well together. You could tell they had been doing this for a while now and enjoyed working together. They stayed busy and professional. No sitting around on phones and just watching one person do all the work. They laughed and enjoyed their work. You could tell they wanted the job done correct! A complete tear down of the fireplace was needed. We now have a properly built one that they made sure it would look just like the original we had designed. The patio was removed and concrete poured so quickly. Job well done. We had Carvestone applied to the patio and decking around our pool. Very pleased with the final look of the project. Hosea is a color master making the final design just like we wanted. Job well done guys!
- Mr. GC CorpOverall went very well. We're happy with the end result with remodeling our bathrooms, which included knocking out a wall and adding built-in shelves for the shower. Fireplace remodel was a big project with the stone work going from floor to ceiling and requiring scaffolding. Master Handyman helped find options for available inventory of stone as we had no idea how to approach selection and went above/beyond with helping to find a new and suitable gas fireplace system to install. They have also been very responsive and prompt sending contractors to fix minor issues post work within their 1 year warranty (and those issues have not recurred since they fixed.) Overall they know how to take care of the customer, be patient with issues and concerns, and will help with selecting and picking up parts too large for most people to get delivered or pickup on their own

"I believe Phillips is simply the best, most competent, most professional, most reliable company in the Metroplex. Mark Patterson planned the 12-station system I need for my garden in May 2001, giving excellent advice (as, "no, you really shouldn't ignore those strips between sidewalk and street"), including shrub risers, soaker hose, and regular pop-up heads as needed for different locations, and originally leaving one station open for a small addition I planned to install later. He planned for garden growth. The system is still perfect after 14 years, with excellent, efficient water distribution as plantings have matured.
<br /> Over time, Phillips has added in that last station (to cover a small kitchen garden area) and made a number of minor repairs as needed. Repairs were for such things as station 6 electric valve replacement, and the time I sliced through a line while digging a new planting hole, not defects needing correction but repairing the the effects normal wear-and-tear over the years.
