"We waited a long time to update our front and side yard. We needed extensive rock sidewalk and edging plus landscaping work done. We had a design prior to the start of work and they were very helpful with suggestions as the project progressed to changes/improvements to the design. They showed up when they said they would, they didn't have to borrow any equipment from us which is a big deal to us; you would/will be surprised how many contractors show up and ask to borrow something.
