"Dave was a game changer for us. I had previously hired a different architect, who would miss deadlines and take multiple days to deliver the updates to the design. Now working with O'Brien Custom Home Designs it has been a 180-degree change. Dave delivers or beats his target delivery dates, provided a very sound plan for the home (he improved the previous architect's work) -- both exterior and interior look great for our lake home. I plant to hare O'Brien Custom Home Designs for my next project. I highly recommend."

""I had the pleasure of working with this architectural firm and I must say, they truly excel in every aspect of their work. From the timely execution of plans to their professionalism and commitment to delivering high-quality design concepts, this firm is a cut above the rest. One of the things that stood out to me the most was their dedication to meeting deadlines. They consistently delivered on time, ensuring that every project was completed efficiently and effectively. This level of reliability is truly commendable and gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the professionalism displayed by the team was outstanding. They were always courteous, responsive, and attentive to my needs and preferences. Their communication skills were superb, keeping me informed and involved every step of the way. It was clear that they valued customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. In terms of design concepts, this firm is truly innovative and creative. They presented me with unique and inspiring ideas that perfectly captured the vision I had for my project. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence shone through in every aspect of their work, resulting in a final product that was nothing short of exceptional. Overall, I cannot recommend this architectural firm highly enough. If you are looking for a team that excels in timely execution, professionalism, and quality design concepts, look no further. You will not be disappointed with the level of expertise and dedication they bring to every project. Thank you for a job well done!""

"We used Davids services to design our new home and we have been very happy. The GUI which allows a walk thru was both helpful during the design and the building phase. During the design phase the GUI enabled me to visualize the final product, much better then just a floor plan. During the building phase I have been able to do screen shots and present the builder with how the area in question should look like. David is also very good at returning phone calls and not pushing to get the drafts completed so that he can close the project. He also will make slight modifications to the drawings many months after the drafts were completed without cost."

"Brad Von Readen is a professional and didn't want to end the job until all my needs were met. He did a great job."

"It was a nice project working with them. Good, quality work."

"Hank provided professional service throughout the project. He listened and included everything I asked for. I received a full set of plans with mechanicals. He also helped with permitting and made any adjustments called for by the city with no additional cost. I highly recommend him and would work with him again."

"Elite Arborist went above and beyond to seeing my landscaping needs were met! Allow me to jumped at the chance to write an honest review showcasing this company’s dedication and attention to customer detail. Carlos took pride in ensuring the highest quality materials were used to beautify our home! He was particularly eager to reflect/incorporate my wife’s personal creative touch while professionally enhancing the natural outdoor space of our dreams. ELITE ARBORIST was also generous in allowing me a grace period to pay in full with three weekly installments. Finally, my wife adds, “Thank you for your meticulous care in our lawn installation. Suggesting the flower bed detail reflects your dedication and skills.” Jas Jam"

"Lon Pinckard just finished a big job for me. I couldn't be more pleased. Drainage, driveway, fence, replace railroad tie retaining wall with stone, flagstone patios, and landscape all around. Lon and Sandy (landscape architect) were involved each step of the way, and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. He and his team are excellent."

"I would recomend to anyone needing work done. Top notch. He walked my project seveal times and triple checked measurements. Very through. Pricing was very fair and to market if not a little cheaper. We will be using them soon for a major kitchen remodel."
