I emailed him pictures and he also sent Mike out to look at the tree. Mike called me after checking the tree with his recommendations and I hired them that day to remove the tree. The crew came out the next day and when I got home from work, the only sign that I ever had a tree was the small stump that was extremely close to the ground.
