Mr. S assessed the situation and suggested a trimming that would remove some of the limbs and would not damage the tree. The tree trimmers arrived within the scheduled timeframe and worked meticulously. The service was completed and included debris cleanup and removal with a fare price. "I called to get a quotation on trimming one tree in my yard. The owner came within an hour and suggested that I trim another tree as well, although I didn't think it was necessary as well as some bushes that needed to be trimmed. He gave me a quote for the work but was unable to honor a "offer" on Angie's list for a discount. He did contact Angie's list and find out that they had re-activated an offer that was no longer available and has since been removed. He still gave me a small discount and I appreciated it as the mistaken offer was not his fault and I have confirmed that the offer is no longer on Angie's list. He said that the crew could be there the next morning. The owner then left and sent me an invoice by email within an hour. Early the next morning the crew arrived and began working before I could even speak to them. I They did a great job on the main tree and a fair job on the rest, but kept asking me questions of how I wanted the tree trimmed, with my response being that they were the experts and they needed to tell me. With respect to that second tree, the tree trimmer said it didn't need trimming at all but went ahead and cut 3 small limbs off as I paid to have the tree trimmed. They were quick and cleaned up 90% of the mess, but left a handful of leaves and small branches scattered through the yard; however the owner of the company cleaned those up on his post work inspection. The communication has been excellent and the punctuality can't be beat."

This allowed me to be able to put my dogs up before he arrived. Once here, he notified me and started the treatment. He was quick, efficient, and courteous.
