THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY IS TOP NOTCH! Chris responded immediately to my request and sent his crew out the next day. The crew was very efficient and clean. Although I don’t have any more trees to cut down, this company is in my “go to” list of companies to recommend.

They were awesome!

They removed 2 dead trees, ground the stumps down and hauled everything away. The price was VERY good. The next bid was hundreds more.

I hired Oak Tree Service to trim / prune 4 large trees and 6 large bushes. The crew showed up on time and did great work (including clean up.) The price was reasonable and I would hire them again with confidence that they would do a great job.

Oak Tree Service showed up exactly when agreed to and they were very professional. They listened to my concerns and completed the job in an efficient manner. They left my yard clean of debris and were very polite.

Oak tree service was very professional. Chris came out the same day and provided a very competitive and reasonable estimate. They cut down one tree and trimmed another.

Great job at a reasonable price

Extremely professional and very reasonably priced. Well, they were not the cheapest they were not also the most expensive either. They are price just perfect for the project. I did hire them to do additional work besides the additional request. Intruder the word they throw in the stump grinding for free.

I spoke to one team and them got another. I realize they were trying to keep appointment, but would have preferred to keep appointment with skilled professional.

OTS cut down a 70’ water oak in my backyard and trimmed and raised the canopies of two in the front. The crews were efficient and all were really nice and helpful. They moved everything back in place and cleaned up when they were done. Their price was reasonable and several hundred dollars less than the other estimates that I got, and they were able to schedule within a couple of days. Hurricane Beryl took 1/3 of that tree last year and I didn’t want the next hurricane to blow the rest onto my house! I’m so relieved to have it over with! Great company!

Price quote was within my budget for 2 trees. Notifications were given day before and 2hours before work would begin. All branches and debris were picked up and hauled off.

They arrived on time and were very professional in their approach. They gave a clear explanation of what they would do. They did a very good job of cleaning up the debris, having a wood chipper to dispose of the limbs. They were also economical, being in the low range of several estimates, although now the cheapest. We were impressed with their explanations of exactly what they would do and why.

The service was above and beyond my expectations. From the very beginning, the communications were clear and timely. All team members were professional and hard working. The job was done efficiently and thoroughly. I plan to use this company in the future as needed and strongly recommend to anyone who needs any tree service.

Did an excellent job of topping and thinning seven oak trees. All the team was experienced, courteous, and "knew their business." They did an outstanding job of cleaning up the entire yard, including raking up all the small branches, etc. I will definitely use them again if I ever need them and wholeheartedly recommend them.
