"Gabriel was excellent at walking us through the process. He provided all the documentation we needed for our insurance company after the roof was installed. The roof was installed in 1 day. His team was respectful of our property and left it in better condition than when they arrived. Great company! "I'm so glad my previous roofer retired. That gave me reason to find a new person/company. Tom Williamson of Shield Contracting came out and we were so impressed by Tom personally that we decided not to look any further for someone to fix our flat roof. Tom did more than just put a coat or sealant, he examined the entire surface and let us know where other issues needed repair. My previous company would have probably just repaired the parapets and sealed the roof surface. Tom was amazing. We highly recommend!!!!!"
