"Replied next day to request to come check our hot water heater. Gave a quote at that time. Returned 2 days later to install in master bath an on demand hot water heater in guest bath -installed a booster on that water heater and replaced our old water softener and while rechecking their work after installing everything found a problem with the kitchen sink faucet and fixed that . They arrived on time & did not leave for lunch but ate quickly something they brought. Returned to work & remained the rest of the day. Owner returned the next day to review work and ask if we were satisfied. (We are!) Matt Lindsay and his crew were curious,friendly,knowledgable and thorough. We will call them again.

"It was a very good experience from beginning to end. They showed up on time and did excellent work. They were very responsive to our changes and came up with some creative solutions to incorporate the pergola into the existing house. Able to contact Charles quickly. "First trip was to identify the problem and order the repair kits (serviceman didn't locate my locatoin accurately resulting in him being late; other than that, everything weht well timewise).
Refrigerator repair was completed and paid for. Oven repair couldn't be completed, so there was no charge for that. I will need to purchase a new oven (I was expecting this), and will have this company do the installation.
