Returned 2 days later to install in master bath an on demand hot water heater in guest bath -installed a booster on that water heater and replaced our old water softener and while rechecking their work after installing everything found a problem with the kitchen sink faucet and fixed that . They arrived on time & did not leave for lunch but ate quickly something they brought. Returned to work & remained the rest of the day. The orientation of my garage compared to my house provided a challenging configuration, and Charles was able to create a covered patio that exceeded my expectations! The finish work was wonderful, the electrical was what was agreed upon, and I appreciate Charles being open to discussion about any issues that arose throughout the process. Even though the whole process took a bit longer than expected, the end product is what was important, and in the grand scheme of things is not important. "First trip was to identify the problem and order the repair kits (serviceman didn't locate my locatoin accurately resulting in him being late; other than that, everything weht well timewise).
Refrigerator repair was completed and paid for.  Oven repair couldn't be completed, so there was no charge for that.  I will need to purchase a new oven (I was expecting this), and will have this company do the installation.
