Ray was awesome. He took care of ordering all the parts I needed, and also fixed it in a timely manner. He’s a great person, and knows exactly what he’s doing. I would hire him in a heartbeat for things to get fixed around my house anytime.

Very honest. I needed an oven and cooktop installed. Ray thought it might be a sensor in the oven. If so, I could have taken the oven back. Unfortunately, it wasn't the sensor. Very reasonable price to install both appliances.

Ray from NuAir was awesome. He called and was able to diagnose and give instructions for me to rectify the simple issue over phone calls. Upon my request for his payment method to at least give him a service charge/thank you tip, he declined. The thoroughness, explanation of issue and integrity Ray showed was exemplary and not ordinary during these types of matters. I highly recommend NuAir and Ray and will surely be utilizing his services as needed moving forward.

On the positive, my dryer is fixed. On the negative it took one month. Written estimate and receipt of cash funds was not provided without request. Did not fulfill on even promise for ETA and did not proactively communicate. It took me implying my legal experience to get him to finish the job. I didn't want to go there, but when a repairman takes your cash and you don't hear from him again unless YOU call, it feels very shady. I am generous with a 3-star review given Mr. Ray expressed that he was having health issues, in which case he should definitely have a back-up repairman, instead of taking on repair calls he cannot complete in a timely manner. The final send-off? The last thing he said to me was the repair was my fault for buying an LG Tron in the first place. I was willing to let my experience go and not write a review, but to treat me with such contempt...After I said "all's well that ends well"...Mr. Ray should have taken the win, instead of getting in one last jab.

Ray showed up on time with the part he was pretty sure was needed for the repair and not only successfully completed the repair but also, at no additional cost, took care of the source of the problem which was a leaking, not properly installed water valve which had leaked and shorted out the original part he replaced. He did a great job, explained everything and charged me a very fair, reasonable price for his services. I will definitely use Nuair again if I need any appliance repairs in the future. Highly recommend him.

Super! Fast analysis, great price, perfect response

Angie’s list recommended Ray Delph to repair my broken Dishwasher. He arrived on time, this is the only positive I have for him. He was not friendly and misdiagnosed the issues and left within 10 min. He did not turn the unit over or inspect the unit properly. I replaced the item he said and it did not repair the issue. When I inspected the unit myself I found a busted hose and ordered the new part and replaced myself. Working fine now. He was a complete waste of time and money. Can’t trust Angie’s List... I won’t!
