Charles Teer and his crew were quick to respond, informative and pleasant to work with through the entire process. The entire project was custom designed, built to our exact specifications and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend Infinite Construction to anyone that desires a custom patio built with quality material, design and service.

We are grateful we chose Charles and Infinite Construction to build a large deck for our house. We talked to several contractors and received several quotes. Charles stood out due to his responsiveness, pricing transparency and ability to partner on design collaboration. We had a lot of ideas going into this process – and we believe we got to the right design – because we were able to work with Charles. He was great to work with, and so was his whole team. He was true to his timeline and very efficient. We plan to work with him on future projects (a patio for a different part of the house).

Infinite Construction over-delivered on what they quoted. The orientation of my garage compared to my house provided a challenging configuration, and Charles was able to create a covered patio that exceeded my expectations! The finish work was wonderful, the electrical was what was agreed upon, and I appreciate Charles being open to discussion about any issues that arose throughout the process. Even though the whole process took a bit longer than expected, the end product is what was important, and in the grand scheme of things is not important. I would definitely hire Charles and Infinite Construction again, and I recommend him without reservation.

Charles and his team did a fabulous job replacing three decks with composite. Charles was very patient and helpful selecting material and color. The team's attention to detail was impressive and price was competitive. Charles was very easy to work with and texted pictures and questions where appropriate. We would highly recommend Infinite Construction.

They exceeded our highest expectations. They arrived on time and started on time. All of the workers were knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous. They went above and beyond what the job called for. After painting the newly installed porch the gave all of the ledges and door edge a fresh coat of paint so everything looked new and matched. Their attention to detail throughout the entire project was excellent. When finished, they left the workplace clean and better than when they found it. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service -- Charles made sure that we're happy and satisfied with the job. Price was reasonable, job was done quickly and according to schedule. He was really good in following up after the job and made sure we're happy (I find that hard to find nowadays). My deck project was fairly small but the attention and quality of service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We first hired Infinite Construction to replace our rotting wood deck. The price wasn't the cheapest quote we received, but we had a good feeling about it and are very glad we chose them. Charles Teer was very responsive to texts and calls. I saw him several times on site checking on the work and making sure things were done correctly. The guys who built the deck worked very hard and did good, quality work. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the end result was much better than I expected. I've paid for cheap, quick deck-work before, and I now know you get what you pay for. We were so pleased with the quality and look of the deck that we asked Charles Teer to do our fence and gate as well. The fence turned out fantastic, and, again, exceeded our quality expectations. The people doing the work worked extremely hard, and were very precise in their attention to detail. They didn't even damage the plants in their way, though I had been warned such damage was a possibility. A few weeks after the deck was completed, we found a corner with a large gap between pieces. We send a picture to Charles Teer, and he had someone come and fix it. Easy. We were very pleased with everything during the two jobs. Our backyard pool area finally looks nice again! We will definitely be calling them for future projects.

He was really good. He came out and told me what he thought best, and even recommended to do some overhang, but we haven't done it yet. He didn't have time then and I didn't have money then. Charles is who came to my house, more than once. He did do it and it was excellent. I was happy. The people who put it in, the people before me who bought this house, added a patio to a little back porch, just a concrete slab they added it to. They added it but they didn't connect to the foundation. When all that water came, it separated. I had holes where the grout was where animals were going in, it was so big, snakes and stuff. I have a new patio because of it. Charles did it so he connected to my current foundation to the house. The first time it was done, it wasn't like that. I have a much better patio now. It was already pretty if you didn't look at the floor. I would stumble on it because it was so raised in places. The stone was cracked. I'm happy with what I have. He did a good job. I asked him who did his website. It was old and I really didn't want them. It all had nice illustrations of things he did. He was busy. It's big and they had to take out the old stone. They had to bring in a garbage truck or something to haul off. They had to take out the old stones. I liked his suggestions, his good ideas, his crew. The workmen were great. Nice, efficient and good. It didn't take him long. He got the old one out in one day and the next day and a half probably they had the new one in and it was good.

It was a very good experience from beginning to end. They showed up on time and did excellent work. They were very responsive to our changes and came up with some creative solutions to incorporate the pergola into the existing house. Able to contact Charles quickly. Would definitely recommend Infinite to anyone in the Houston area.

We called Charles out based on the reviews seen on here. We had a few other bids and felt the most comfortable going with him. He seemed to answer all the questions before I asked them. We worked with Charles on the design and let him know we had a party coming up in the next few weeks. It was a tight window for the work needed, but Charles and his crew made sure it was completed before the party. The finished product was better than we expected.

The work was outstanding. Our neighbors have responded very positively about the new look on our home.

Seems unorganized. It took too long to get them to do the job. We had to keep reminding the owner what job and what location we were working with in order to get an estimate. He only provided 2 samples and in order to see other samples, we had to drive several miles to the supplier's location instead of him providing them. We made the down payment on July 27 through Angie's list and work was started on Oct 21. Communication required that we reach out to them instead of them reaching out to the customer. I don't think the owner goes to the job site much, maybe this job was too small for him and he was relying on his workers to do it right, but we had to tell the workers that weed film was supposed to be installed underneath the deck. The actual work, when finally completed is good and he modified our overall cost.

Project went very well. I have worked with Charles before on a larger project, so I knew that he was going to be able to handle this one easily. There were some interesting challenges because I wanted to reuse as many of the old deck's posts as possible to avoid digging in the area of the pool plumbing and possibly breaking lines. Charles and his crew knew how to brace and reinforce the old substructure to minimize the digging. They did a good job in finishing the deck and skirt. Also, while he was out on this job, he helped me with a warranty claim on a balcony rail from a previous project. I was skeptical that the supplier would provide new materials several years after installation, but Charles worked with his wholesaler and the manufacturer's rep to get them to acknowledge there was a material flaw in the original rail and replace it. Then he had his guys install the new railing at no charge to me. I don't think many contractors would do that and it was much appreciated.

We received several quotes prior to selecting Infinite. We selected Infinite based on Charles willingness to help with the design, and were not disappointed. Infinite did a great job designing and installing a deck and pergola that met our needs. Both Charles and his crew were easy to work with, and willing to make adjustments as the work progressed. The project completed on schedule and on budget. The project was not cheap, but I feel that the finished product will last and was worth the investment. I would definitely recommend Infinite to anyone building a deck or patio.

Charles arrived promptly for our first appointment and sent his proposal shortly thereafter. He was flexible and worked with me in finalizing the estimate and scheduling the work. The job was executed to plan and completed in a timely manner. The crew was professional and respectful of my home and property, leaving work areas as clean as they were when they arrived. I'm very pleased with the finished product and would gladly use Infinite Construction again!

We contacted Charles for an estimate to replace the roof on our outdoor kitchen/pergola.  His estimate was in line with other estimates we received and we were quite impressed with the knowledge that Charles exhibited.  When we told him that we wanted our polycarbonite roof replaced he knew exactly what we were talking about.

A week or two after the roof had been replaced, Charles emailed me asking if everything was okay with the roof.  We had not had any rain to speak of at that point so I told him the next time it rained we would double check.  Very refreshing to have someone check on their work.

Well, the huge rains occurred here in Spring, Texas and there were a couple of leaks.  I contacted Charles and very quickly he responded and sent his crew out to make repairs.  This was at a time when all the flooding took place and I'm sure they were very busy but he took the time to make repairs on a project that he had already been paid for.  I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew's professionalism.  When we get ready to remodel the outdoor kitchen, Charles will be the first call I place!

The owner, Charles, arrived at the appointed hour and gave us an estimate. They came a few days later to do the work. They were professional, very good, and did it for the estimated price. We were very pleased. We called them again this year to put a clear roof over the pergola to keep the rain out and again are very pleased with his work. He also replaced the side door into the garage and painted the side of the garage. We are very pleased with calling him again.

The foundation repair company I hired damaged the deck adjacent to the foundation of my house making it noticeably unlevel.  I checked Angie's List for a deck company and found Infinite Construction was a highly rated company.  When I called the company Mr. Charles Teer answered the phone and said he could come out the next morning.

After examining the deck Mr. Teer said he believed a corner of the deck adjacent to the house slab had been raised when the slab was raised, pulling the deck beams near that corner off the deck blocks where they previously rested.  He believed the fix would require removing about one quarter of the deck surface boards so that the deck could be pulled away from the slab.  His estimate for the repair was $1200, which I agreed to.  A crew, led by Franklin, came out the next week for the repair.  Franklin was very pleasant and knowledgeable and consulted with me throughout the day to be sure I would be satisfied with the job he was doing.

After the repair was completed Mr. Teer called me and said his crew had completed the job in significantly less time than he had anticipated and he reduced the price to $850.  Throughout my interface with Mr. Teer he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable and when the job was completed he proved to be very fair and honest.  My customer experience was the best I've had with any home repair and I highly recommend Infinite Construction.  

 

Went well. The project took a bit and a few minor issues but quickly corrected. Matched the existing house perfectly. Stone fire place is excellent! Already enjoying it very much

I first received an estimate back in December, but it took some time to coordinate the start of the project, mostly due to approvals needed from my Home Owners Association.  During this time, Charles and I were in contact so that we could determine the start date.

By the time his crew started, the entire project was done in less than 3 weeks.  During the project, we added on a little extra work (added lighting for the backyard), and it went very smoothly.  They rebuilt a portion of my fence that had been damaged in Hurricane Ike, and it looks wonderful now!

Also, I had miscommunicated where I wanted a lock to go on my gate, and they fixed it without any issue.

The crews were polite, and cleaned up when they left.  I was very impressed with the entire process.  And extremely happy with the results!

I would definitely recommend them, and use them again if another project arose.

There is not one thing I simply do not love about my new deck!   Charles Teer of Infinite Construction was very easy to talk to and at the end of the day I feel like I had received top notch HGTV-worthy treatment, minus the crew of 50 and it taking them only an hour to do.  His crew was at least 30 minutes early each day.  They stayed very busy throughout the day and worked like the master craftsmen they truly are.  Not only did I hear saws and drills and hammers constantly being used, I also constantly heard the sound of the tape measure being used as well.   So I know every square inch of my deck has been thoroughly and meticulously vetted and  built.  My new deck has been built so well that if a tornado were coming I would seriously get under it and hide.  I'm not kidding.   His crew took great pride in their work and it shows - from their punctuality to their craftsmanship to the fact that they took 15 minutes each day to clean up behind themselves before leaving.   Infinite Construction runs very efficient like a well oiled machine. As soon as my old deck was hauled off, another truck pulled into my driveway to deliver lumber for the new deck. And right before they were finished framing my new deck, the composite boards arrived so there wasn't any time wasted waiting on materials to arrive.    My lot size is such that I probably will not be doing another project of this magnitude again, but if I were to ever move and stay within the Houston area and wanted a very nice outdoor space I would not hesitate to call Charles again.  This project went much, much smoother than I ever anticipated, and I appreciated the little extras that were done that Charles & Co. did not feel the need to nickle and dime me for.  Thank you, Infinite Construction, for a beautiful new deck that I know will give us years of relaxation, laughter, and parties!
