"We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I found Nite Hawk Restoration via Home Advisor & they were the 1st Company to reach out to us immediately, scheduled a consultation within a few days, provided quotes with reasonable pricing, & showed up daily to complete the job. Nite Hawk removed all of the old vinyl siding, replaced with Hardy Board, recaulked all of the exterior, replaced soffits & facias, painted entire exterior trim, eaves, soffits, facias, doors, reinstalled gutters, installed new shutters, replaced & painted all interior doors & closets, and then took on more work by removing old debris, sheds, wood, bricks, etc. Then they ended up replacing 85’ of privacy fence that had fallen down from our neighbors yard. They cut 2 small trees that were dead & at risk of falling, and then hauled everything off! To top all of that off, I’m a very difficult customer with high expectations & they were unbelievably respectful, kind, understanding & patient with me! I couldn’t be happier with the final result & we absolutely LOVE how everything turned out! Thank you to Scotty & his entire Team for an excellent job well done! Rich & Rhonda Marquart"

"John Lapone is a skilled craftsman. I had him install a slab door in which the lock, hinge inset had to be done. He did a great job in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. He also did some other small jobs for me while he was here also. I highly recommend him for any wood working project you might have."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

Safety steps include proper vent installation, connector tightness, and leak testing. A safe environment must be maintained throughout.

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

Propane sales companies typically offer propane delivery, tank installation and maintenance, grilling refills, and emergency support for supply interruptions.
