"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"Sam was on time for our appointment. We discussed the scope of work which follows. Removed approximately 1 1/2" to 2" of soil, graded yard toward street installed sprinkler spread and racked out top soil, planted 4 citrus trees and laid down sod. From start to finish the crew was extremely professional and careful of the plants we wanted to keep. We asked them to put down a boarder of rock between the foundation and the new sod which they contained with a composite 1x4. When thy had finished the sod one of the crew showed me how to use the controller and then set it up for the new sod. They also explained care and how long to wait before cutting and cleaned up. "If you ever need a foundation company this is bar none the absolute best. I met with all the local foundation companies with the best reputations - RamJack, Baird, GL Hunt and Olshan. The system FSS uses is not the least expensive, but by far the best. All components are galvanized to include the piping. The competitor's equipment could not even compare with FSS. Just as important, the crew who did the work on my home were absolute professionals in their trade. Andrew, Ricky and Gabe were the best. All of them have years of experience and the foreman, Andrew, has almost two decades of knowledge and hands-on experience, and knowing this eased any concernes I had. Once the fifteen piers were all in place, all piers were connected together via hydraulic hoses and pump. Only then was the house lifted simultaneously - both left and right sides. Once FSS began to lift the house it was done methodically and slowly, being extra careful to try not to break any pipes.
