Reset one toiled and did a great job cleaning after the failed attempts of his predecessors. Rebuilt one flushing mechanism and works like a charm. "I called in a near panic with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. They were able to come out the next day. When they were in my ceilings, they discovered (and showed me) huge sections of my hot water horizontal lines that were all but rusted through. Not only did they replace the two leaking sections of cold water horizontals; but they replaced ALL of the horizontal cold water and the horizontal hot water pipes that were easily accessible (I wasn't willing to let them cut up the rest of my living room ceiling to get the four additional horizontal lines; but, they will be doing that for me at some point.) The plumber that came out was courteous and explained what he was doing. While the work was quoted for half a day, it took him almost eight hours, but they still only charged what they quoted. I have plans to reno three bathrooms and I WILL use Pipe Doctors. They're a bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it!"
