"I called on Memorial Day and was surprised to receive an answer. I told the person that I needed non-emergency service on my toilets. The appointment was scheduled for the nest day. Plumber showed up well within the two hour window of our appointment. We discussed the work, he gave me a price and we agreed to the service. He had to leave to pick up parts. He returned about an hour later, performed all of the necessary work quickly without making a mess. He was personable and efficient. Both toilets are now in perfect working order. I couldn't ask for better service."

Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty.
