Bait and switch pricing and now they quoted $155.00 to replace sprinkler valve upon arrival technician wanted much more than $155.00 to replace sprinkler valve. The company said that to cut out the valve and to re plum with a new valve with cost more money than $155.00. The company said that they were charging a $155.00 to remove six screws on the top of the valve and reconnect two wires. I would never pay a $155.00 to remove six screws and re attach two wires and that give me a clarity to anybody coming behind me about sprinklers valve replacement with this Company. This company need to be more transparent on the front side relative to what they do for a sprinkler valve replacement costing $155.00.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], we absolutely did not do a bait and switch on you as that is not the way we do business. I did not quote you to cut out and replumb the valve. During our text message exchange you asked the cost of replacing a valve. I quoted you $189, you then informed me you had the valve already. I quoted you $100 to replace with your valve plus the $55 service fee. Once my technician arrived on the job he realized it was not a normal valve replacement as the screws on the existing valve were stripped and some of them were completely broken so we could not do a normal valve replacement. You NEVER told me that the valve would need to be cut out even though you were aware of that when we spoke, so no I did not quote you $155 for cutting out and replumbing the valve. I am more than happy to share our text exchange that clearly shows you only asked for the cost of a valve replacement. I understand you are upset but to give a review with blatantly false information to damage our company reputation says more about your character than ours. I hope you found a sprinkler company to meet your needs."

Excellent! Melissa, the receptionist, answered the phone promptly and very pleasantly. I told her my problem about reprogramming my system to turn on sprinklers. She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J.

I am a repeat Caps customer - they come out and do annual inspection and adjustment of my yard sprinkler system. I had extensive repair work this year due to circumstances. My technician, Isaac was outstanding. He was polite, prompt, proficient, and proactive. Everything went great. My system is 14 yrs and needed a complete update. I also have a number of garden spots that needed to be addressed. CAPS replaced all sprinkler heads and attached pipes, valves, control box, rain guage, the works. They did a great job and my system is so much more efficient. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. When the job was finished Domingo made sure I knew how to adjust the heads, set the control box, and winterize the system. I was very pleased and will definitly use them to service my system going forward.
