"Excellent! Melissa, the receptionist, answered the phone promptly and very pleasantly. I told her my problem about reprogramming my system to turn on sprinklers. She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

We are family owned and operated and never use sub-contractors. All of our crew foremen have worked for us over 10 years or more. All of our current employees have been here at least 5 years or more. Jericho is an exceptional company because of our employees. When you call our office, chances are you will speak with Sylvia Rangel. She has run the office at Jericho for almost 25 years. Jose Quintanilla, who does all of our levelling and supervises the crews, has worked with Tim Duffy, the owner of Jericho for 30 years. Jericho has no outside, commissioned sales people. Tim Duffy, his son Dallas Duffy, and Kevin Kettle run all the appointments. Inspections are free and honesty is our Number One policy. We treat your home as if it was our own. Ask your friends and neighbors who they recommend for foundation repair. Chances are they'll tell you to call Jericho!

From the moment I called to request a quote, until the final clean-up of the job, everything was extremely professional and completely first rate! Dallas Duffy came out to the house precisely on time, completed the survey and gave me a very complete quote to complete the job. The cost for the work was much better than the other companies who submitted quotes. The ladies in the office were amazing and answered all my questions and concerns. Dallas’ crew showed up right on time and began working, being very careful to do the work in the most least disruptive manner. The foreman and all the workers were very courteous and professional. They were all very careful to not make any messes. A very well-run crew! The quote was for three days to completion, and they finished right on time. Much appreciated and made our lives better during this repair. Which could have been otherwise quite harrowing! It may seem like I am overly enthusiastic about have a foundation repair. I am! Considering how big of a disaster a foundation repair could be with the wrong company, Jericho made it virtually painless!"

I've used them multiple times over the yrs and I ALWAYS get great service. 1 time I used them after a different plumber failed to fix a burst pipe & Chavez charged MUCH less than the failed plumber. Mr Chavez came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking house water main. I recently used them to relight 2 gas fireplaces after Centerpoint changed my gas meter (it was summer & I didn't think about fireplaces at that time). Chavez charged 1/3 the price vs an over the phone estimate from a fireplace vendor."
