We are very pleased with the cleaning and repair of the grout of our patio. Arthur and his crew provided estimates for two repair options: a partial re-grout and a complete re-grout job. He was excellent at communicating and defining the scope of the job and his crew was diligent in completing the 3-day effort. They were on-time and on-the-job each day. We are satisfied with the cost and value of the work.

Excellent job by the Rodriguez Tile Company. The boss advised me on my best options and executed the installation wonderfully. We encountered some unexpected challenges that added some time to my job but the team worked professionally and creatively to achieve a spectacular result. We have beautiful porcelain tile and I’m thankful. (We hired this team for the floor tile after they completed an exquisite backsplash for us.)

Arthur and his team were great. I sent Arthur an inspiration photo of black and white checkerboard tile design and he looked around different tile stores to find them. It took his team 3 days to complete the project - they arrived on time and were very courteous throughout. Arthur came to inspect the project daily and was easy to contact. His quote was slightly less than some others I got, and he was able to start almost immediately. He did add 50$ for caulk supplies at the end, which seemed excessive since it sells for 5$, but I was overall happy with the work they did and would definitely hire them again.

Everything with this experience went beautifully. Arthur is the consummate professional. There was communication throughout every day of the project. (He even sent me pictures of the progress or any problem that came up along the way.) He had a crew of two guys working in my home who stayed busy the whole time. He was in communication with them throughout the day and if they had questions when he wasn’t at my home, they would contact him and he would call or text to ask me what I wanted or how I wanted something done. I had one wall underneath the breakfast bar that wasn’t plum. The tiles I was having installed were 12 x 60 each. I was going to have a small gap. He asked if I wanted the baseboard raised to put a sliver of tile in the space or grout up to the baseboard as I had done in other rooms. He said that he just wanted me to be aware that if he filled the area with grout, it might look a little off. It was a very thin area so I had him fill it with grout. I can”t even tell it’s there. All my tiles look like old hardwood flooring and the grout turned out to be a perfect match. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! There aren’t many out there like him. The tile is beautiful and should stand up easily to four dogs. : >)

They showed up exactly when expected and finished our kitchen backsplash in half a day! The team was very kind and respectful, cleaned up when they were done. My half bath had the existing tile floor removed, and new tile installed, in less than 24 hours from my initial contact with Arthur. Throw down mats were used to protect my hardwood floors, and the crew hung drop sheets of plastic to keep the dust off of our furniture. The crew did a great job on cleanup before they left. The price was also very competitive. I will have them back for additional work. The floor is perfect.

Everything was amazing, we had to tile close to 200 sqft of floor and shower with a half shower wall, a building in shelf and a step. After having Arthur come out his team was able to come the next day and get everything tiled in 2.5 days. We bought all the materials before he came and he gave us some recommendations for what else we needed for the project and let us know what they typically used as well. They gave us a very good price compared to some other companies and they were professional and hard working throughout everything. They asked plenty of question of what we wanted to make sure everything turned out exactly as we wanted. I will definitely be reaching out again when I have my next tile project.

Aurther and his guys did a Fantastic job. There communication was Great and they went the Extra Mile to do a very good Job. The work we had him do was in a high end restaurant in the Las Colinas area and we have had lots of compliments on the tile. Arthur and his team removed old tile and various flooring and installed porcelain tile and vinyl flooring. Arthur was easy to work with, better in his pricing than other contractors in the area, and eager to please. We decided on wood stairs at the last minute so he went above and beyond to find a good and reasonable contractor to finish out that part of the work. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with the entire project and highly recommend Arthur for your next project.

Great job! Very responsive, professional, and left area clean. For our job he finished off our backsplash. Also, he completed the difficult part of a wall of tile that extended in two extremely narrow strips along a window over the stovetop. Completed the extension of tile in line with the cabinet tops over a kitchen window. Lined up new tile with existing tile perfectly and matched the existing grout color. Plan to hire for more extensive tile work in our home.
