"I have not used the company, YET. I plan to though! Chris, the inspector who checked out my foundation was a peach. He arrived on time, even though I, myself was late! He was polite, friendly and professional. He squeezed himself into my tiny crawlspace and took amazing and accurate photos of the foundation. He showed me the pics and told me exactly what was going on, how to repair it in detail and what to expect. I had Cornerstone come out several weeks before I called Pinnacle and they gave me a totally different story that would have cost me a LOT more money! I will definitely be calling Pinnacle later this year to take care of my foundation issue."

"My foundation work involved both outside and inside piers. Inside there were jackhammers, lifting with bottle jacks, welding, and concrete work. The mess was kept to a minimum. Accurate used steel piers to reach bedrock. Concrete piers would not, a real selling feature. Just finished a few days ago, but overall the house is much better."

He was very knowledgeable of the repair required and answered all questions I had for him. he showed different ways to repair the foundation. He stated he loved his job and it showed in the way he performed the inspection."

I needed an old doorbell removed, and I had a decorative stone falling out of place above a 2nd floor window. He did an excellent job match the brick and mortar as he filled the gap from the old doorbell and secured the falling stone. His craftsmanship is excellent.
