Phiilip showed up, evaluated the entirety of my crawl space and gave me detailed feedback on what was needed to fix the issue. Turns out it was a small plumbing issue that should cost WAY less to repair than I originally feared. Was happy he didn't try to upsell me or give me some sort of minimal report on what I needed, which would have required me to do more time-consuming research. Highly recommend."
