"Aaron came out for a brief visit and emailed an Estimate several days later.  His quote for the stone border was higher than we were expecting (and the chiseling/patching lower), but he was so professional and knowledgeable that we decided to proceed anyway.  That is a decision we will not regret!  Once we decided to move forward, Aaron worked us into his schedule quickly.  He and his crew arrived on-time, and he walked us through the job once again, before they started.  We are SOOO pleased with the results.  The stone border is the most substantial/well-constructed I have seen at a residence, and the scarred concrete (from a previous contractor demolishing our back steps) is now completely patched and flush with the surrounding brick.  (Which is exactly what we wanted.)  Aaron is very competent, and his work is even better than we had imagined."

"I have not used the company, YET. I plan to though! Chris, the inspector who checked out my foundation was a peach. He arrived on time, even though I, myself was late! He was polite, friendly and professional. He squeezed himself into my tiny crawlspace and took amazing and accurate photos of the foundation. He showed me the pics and told me exactly what was going on, how to repair it in detail and what to expect. I had Cornerstone come out several weeks before I called Pinnacle and they gave me a totally different story that would have cost me a LOT more money!
