Air Comfort Solutions is a family owned and operated full service HVAC contractor providing heating and air conditioning repair services to both residential and commercial customers throughout Dallas, Collin, and Grayson Counties. We have over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry allowing you to feel confident that we know what we are doing and how to take care of your problem. In addition to providing heating & air conditioning repair on all major brands of equipment; we also provide both sales and installation services on all major brands of high efficiency air conditioning systems for both residential or commercial customers. We are proud to offer our clients our complete equipment line including: Trane, Ruud, Rheem, Goodman, Amana, Lennox, and Carrier just to name a few. We offer our customers free in-home estimates on all heating and air conditioning equipment replacement. During our walk through we will discuss a variety of options allowing you to make the most informed decision you can for replacement of you air conditioning system.

It went GREAT! My mother's A/C went out in the middle of a Texas heat wave and as we all know: heat can kill the elderly. I got ahold of Air Comfort Solutions on a Sunday night and Jeff came out the very next day to examine the 20 year old system, which was beyond hope. He brought a portable single-room A/C unit so my mother could at least survive the heat until the new HVAC system was installed. By the time the work was done, the indoor temperature had gone from 89ºF to 74ºF and my mother even needed to put on a sweater. Thank you so much ACS for saving her life!

Amazing customer service! Jeff came out on a Monday, walked us through the issue and verified that it was under warranty. He did explain that it could several days or a week before the repair could be done due to schedule. Brian called that afternoon, confirmed the issue and tentative cost. Couldn't confirm a date because of scheduling but called the following day and said he could have a crew out that afternoon! Amazing. Responsive and attentive to how uncomfortable Texas is without AC! Hopefully, don't have another AC issue but if I do, I'm definitely going back here!

I have used Air Comfort Solutions for the past 10 years. They have always been reliable, honest and fair with their prices. They have even provided me several cost savings maintenance tips that they could have just made money on. They are my go to AC service. Same day service. I called the day before and they instructed me to walk through a few things at home to determine if it was the thermostat and if so, I could replace for much less myself. Unfortunately that didn't work, called the next morning, they came out same day service, were on time and repaired the unit in less than an hour. Cost was reasonable.

I love Air Comfort Solutions! Great, prompt service and extremely knowledgeable! Bryan was great on the phone, everything out at the house went as he stated, and the price was very reasonable. Tim was our technician at the house and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He had us cooling in no time and even had to come back when he shouldn't have had to, because of something stupid on my end that he fixed in 5 minutes. Great guy and really knows his stuff. It's always nice to find a company that I trust and does the job right the first time at a doable price. Will recommend ACS to ALL my friends and will call on them again. Thanks Bryan and especially Tim!

The entire process was painless and it turns out we needed to replace the heater that was 22 years old and his crew worked hard and managed to get us on the schedule in a timely manner before the weather turned cold again.  We are very impressed with ACS and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Bryan and his crew came out at 6 pm that night to help us out. It turned out we needed freon. Bryan was professional and courteous and most importantly honest. I would highly recommend him to family and friends and will certainly call him when ours finally goes.
