"The repairmen was very professional and experience in his craft, I was shocked at how fast they responded to my request. It is a known fact that electricians, plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."

"We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"I had a great experience with the team who first came out and identified the reason I had no hot water to the replacement of the water softener which was the problem. I decided to replace the water heater as well because of its age."

"Our garage had water all over the floor. We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak. My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day. He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out. All is working perfectly. I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin, but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected. He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us. I was very impressed with his dedication.

"They were very professional and provided estimates before any work was started. They cleaned up after themselves by taking the old water heater and the old sink faucet. For the garage, I had them install a garage door. I would definitely hire them again when I need work done."

"I would like to commend this company on how patient and understanding they were. I was being one of those pain customers because how long this process took and was without hot water for over a month. I was taking it out on these guys, but it was truly because of home warranty. After my claim was first declined , I gave the home warranty an ear full and got it approved. Fabtastic had our water heater installed the same day the water heater was ready for pickup. Due to the hassle and time it took to get this taken care of I dropped the home warranty company and now have our life time plumbing company, Fabtastic!"
