During a freeze Fabian and his crew came out and replaced a pipe that burst, they were fast efficient and responded when other companies would not because they were overwhelmed. Not only were they able to get my pipes fixed and hot water running back during that stressful time but the prices were extremely comfortable especially for how fast the job was done! I would like to commend this company on how patient and understanding they were. I was being one of those pain customers because how long this process took and was without hot water for over a month. I was taking it out on these guys, but it was truly because of home warranty. After my claim was first declined , I gave the home warranty an ear full and got it approved. Fabtastic had our water heater installed the same day the water heater was ready for pickup. Due to the hassle and time it took to get this taken care of I dropped the home warranty company and now have our life time plumbing company, Fabtastic!
