Unethical company. I have an Elite water RO system and water softener system in two different houses. The quoting, installation, and first year filter change appointments went smoothly. For the this second year, I set my appointment just as last year for both homes. One home has a better RO system. I confirmed that they would bring the correct equipment for each home during the appointments which were the same day. I had them verify the price for both systems. Which for both homes was a $10 increase from last year which is fine. Last year it was $165 per RO, this year I was quoted $175 per RO with the verification that they knew which equipment to bring for both. The day of my appointment, they called our second home (where my senior parents live next door to me) and spoke to another household member stating the price was different. I spent over an hour going on the phone, they reviewed the recorded call and verified what happened and only offered $50 off the new price.

Everything went smooth from the sales process through the install. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I’ve had my system for a year now and it still works like it’s brand new. I would recommend Elite Water to anyone in the market for water treatment.
