"I recently had my water heater replaced by Mackenzy?s Plumbing & Drain and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the initial inspection to the final installation, every step was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. During the replacement process, Mack identified several underlying issues, including a deteriorating shut-off valve and venting that was not properly aligned that could have caused major damage or safety hazards if left unresolved. He took the time to explain each problem thoroughly and addressed them immediately to ensure everything was up to code and functioning safely. The new unit was installed efficiently and neatly, with all work areas left spotless. It?s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality craftsmanship with genuine customer care, but Mackenzy?s Plumbing & Drain truly delivers both. I have complete confidence in their work and will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing"

"I had a terrible smell coming from the faucets at the front of my house (We have two systems in this house and the back part is fine?no smell). The plumbers were prompt and professional; They diagnosed a bad water heater and replaced it for $3,000+, but the smell never left! I have called the office several times but the problem has not been corrected. They even tried to blame my water softener, but if that was the case I would have smelly water in all of the house, not just the front! I talked with another plumber who told me that the problem was definitely with the water heater! So, their initial service was good, but service after the sale is zero!!"
