The arrival time was a little vague, but understandable considering this type of work probably can't be timed exactly etc.The Service person was professional, pleasant, informative, and patient. Septics are new to us, and I asked lots of questions. The balance of my bill was paid for by the warranty company, and through my research, their prices are average and reasonable.I would recommend this company.

I did research on thie company  on here and on the BBB and found good rating and one positive comment on here. They were very nice and professional when I called and were very prompt on calling me when on the way to my house so that I could meet them there. I was needing the pipes to my hot water heater raised about 18 inches so a contractor working for me could build a platform for the heater and connect it to the drain, so I also needed the drain checked. The guy arrived and he checked the drain right off and we found it was clear of debris and water was able to drain. He then went over exactly what I was requesting and gave me estimate of $235.00 and would take about 1 hr to do the work. Though I thought this was a bit high, I needed the work done, so I signed on the dotted line. While I'm working about the house, about 15 minutes later he tells me he is finished....hmmmm. I looked in the closet and it looked like all he did was add an 18 inch flex pipe to my pipes and this was it. I told him I didn't think this was right and that he was supposed to move the pipes in the wall up 18 inches. He said that what he did would allow my water heater to be raised without a problem, but because it didn't take him long, he would take off some of the price and my final price for 15 mins of work was $186.00....still pretty expensive. Well my contractor arrived next day to do his work and was not able to do anything because what the plumber did was not correct....as I had thought. He called the plumbing company several times that day and the guy finally called him back about 2:30 and said he couldn't come back to my house till 10:30 the next day, so arrangements were made for them to meet the next day. Plumber and contractor talked and contractor told him exactly what was needed, which was just what I had told him myself. Plumber then did some figuring and said they usually charge $53 as overtime fee, but he would not charge me this and it would only cost me $212.00 to have this done. Now remember I had already paid $186.00 to have this done. Well, my contractor set him right and told him I was not going to pay for this becasue I had already paid and if he had done what he was supposed to do none of this would be having to be done now. After a bit of arguing, the plumber said he would do the work and charge me for material only, which amounted to $36.00. If I had not had contractor there with me, the plumber would have charged me again, to correct something that he should have done right the first time. Granted, the man was always very polite and respectful to me, I felt that I was being taken advantage of and I'm glad I had contractor there to stand up for me and get the matter settled.

They installed a septic system for me two years ago. They are a Christian company.  They did excellent work at a reasonable price.
