"Luis came out a few days ago to service the AC system and install a new water safety switch on the pan under the unit in the attic. A few days later, we had plumbers come and install a new water heater located next to the AC unit in the attic. The plumbers accidentally knocked the water safety switch off of the pan, shutting down the AC. I discovered that the AC wasn't working late in the afternoon. I called Luis and he came by after hours to diagnose and repair the problem. He did not charge me for an after hours call, and didn't even want to accept payment for a normal service call since he had been there a few days earlier and wanted to stand behind his work.
