Every step of the way, Joe was friendly, professional, and trust worthy. He did a great job! I really felt bad for him because of how bad I knew it was before he even dug in. He did not let that affect his demeanor or performance. I can not speak more highly of him. I LOVE MY SHOWER NOW!! It?s so beautiful.
