I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant. "Sometimes Spouse had to reschedule work due to rain, because the work was to be done on a certain day it poured down rain.  They called the day of and rescheduled.  I understood, because I didn't want them working in rain.
The next day they arrived on time, and began tearing out old fencing, and putting up new.  
The next day they rebuilt new fence.  Day 3 they began power washing and painting of outside of home.  There were a few issues, but they were handled.  There was a few pieces of rotten wood that needed replaced, so they replaced, at additional cost to original estimate, but they communicated that with me.  They were upfront, and asked me as a homeowner if I wanted to replace before being surprised with bill at the end of it.  The painting was gorgeous and fence is nice.  Love this service.

"I have used Sunshine in the past which is the reason I used them for this job. Eddie and his crew are very professional and friendly.They were always on time and completed the job on time. Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. He did an excellent  job installing the mosaic tile which took a lot of time and patience. Sunshine is now my "go to" contractor whenever I nee any repairs or remodeling.
