From the first contact to project completion, Ryan was a consummate professional. Ryan and I were in continuous communication related to the job. He was very responsive to questions and flexible to my schedule. When he got to my house, he had everything he needed to do the job and did exactly what I asked him to do. "We had SMELSCER PLUMBING install two 50 gallon water heaters in 2018, one upstairs & one downstairs @ $750 each, with a 6 YEAR WARRANTY. Within 1 YEAR the water coming from the upstairs one smelled awful - like rotten eggs. They drained it and charged us another $200. NOW the UPSTAIRS water heater HAD COST US $950. Within 3 YEARS (of a 6 YEAR WARRANTY), the upstairs water heater QUIT WORKING. They said it had to be REPLACED (UNDER WARRANTY) & said the LABOR TO INSTALL IT would be $600, meaning the upstairs water heater NOW COST $1550. Also, even though they were installing a NEW WATER HEATER, they would only honor the 3 YEAR WARRANTY left on the FAULTY WATER HEATER. WHAT SHOULD THEY HAVE DONE? They should have gone back to the company and NEGOCIATED (on behalf of their client - US) a NEW WATER HEATER with a 6 YEAR WARRANTY, and NEGOCIATED with the company to PAY THE $600 INSTALLATION FEE. They DO NOT BACK UP THEIR CLIENTS!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!"
