3C Mechanical Technologies, Inc.

Had a back-up sewer line or lines called 3C Mechanical Technologies for help. We used them in the past and trusted them to find the problem and fix it. Which Rick Ellis did he cleared the main line, and a branch line took considerable effort, and time but he got the job done. Was very polite and keep me appraised of what was going on, and what needed to be done. Also even cleaned up the work area when he finished. Costs for labor, and work were fair.

The technician showed up on time and seemed quite knowledgeable. He had a little trouble figuring out the problem but then recommended replacement of the capacitor and the power switch block which fixed the problem. we then discussed the fan motor and arrived at the mutual decision to replace it too. He did not have a motor on his truck but brought one and installed it the next day. I have not received the bill yet as the company sends bills bu email.

Great people to work with. They answered every question I had promptly and honestly. The installation techs and their supervisor were quick and efficient. I would use them again for anything.

Prompt and courteous. Knowledgeable. I asked about a programmable thermostat and he had one on the truck and installed it as well as checking and cleaning the furnace. Took the time to explain about the furnace and how it worked.

They were very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. And did it for a very fair price.

Daniel is a true pro who does excellent work at a fair price. He doesn't rip you off. He serviced 4 a/c's quickly, efficiently, and expert manner. I highly recommended him.

Professional and friendly. They came on time, promptly diagnosed our problem with our central AC. They had the part on their truck and were able to quickly fix the AC. We were so pleased with their work, we are going to use their "annual maintenance" service, as well.

Mr Curry was very polite when I called, and even offered to include checking my duct work in the price.

The technician, Daniel Curry was so nice. Explained everything he did and never seemed rushed although he had another service call in the area. I feel the price was reasonable also. I have full confidence in his work.

Retired and moved to Texas. We had never lived in a manufactured home before but wanted to live at the lake and found a great deal. The home had an add-on that wasn't hooked into the central air and heat. I had to have this since the hot weather was coming. I had contacted two companies and they sent out their "salesmen" instead of the contractors who do the install. Both salesmen were in a hurry for us to sign the bottom line. Every question we had they just told us whatever they thought we wanted to hear. We won't deal with those types of businesses. I found 3 C's reviews and was blown away. Daniel and NIck came out, they explained everything and assured us everything would work great., We hired them right away and their work ethic and professionalism blew us away. Stop right now looking for a company, you will NEVER find a company like this, or another Daniel and Nick. I wish we had more for them to do.
