Martin quickly discovered the issue was a regular wire nut had been used on zone 4 which resulted in a short in the common wire beginning at zone 4. After just 2 and half hours the issue had been resolved. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again. Around 300 dollars. Very fairly priced.

The guys did a great job. Unfortunately there was a tree molded around the sprinkler head and they had to chop it out. Even kept it under 1 hour. Will hire again if I need help.

Had an initial scheduling issue but once resolved Nelson came out on time, he was very polite, and professional. I knew I had 2 leaking heads which were repaired, and another head was too high, and it was lowered. I wanted 2 heads totally removed and 1 head added in a different spot to better water the area and all the work was done in an excellent manner. Once all the repairs were finished a complete system check was done and the heads were adjusted/changed to keep the water off the fence. Nelson even talked to me about adjusting the watering times on the controller. Would definitely hire again.

Scheduled accordingly via Angies list message. Showed up on time as scheduled. Fixed sprinkler head issue no problem very quickly. waited for me to test the system and found another issue of a zone not shutting off. Knew exactly what the problem was and I agreed to have the control valve replaced. replaced it and system is working as it should be. Excellent service. Will use again.

They performed a routine check of my sprinkler system. Did an outstanding job. Helped me restructure my watering schedule.

The gentlemen who came out were very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what they were doing every step of the way. They actually walked me through the 'fix' that the last company I hired had done which was obviously not working since the problem of water pressure and wire shortage had not been fixed. And they fixed the wiring and sprinkler heads and nozzles for half the price quoted by the last company. Its been months since they came out and I haven't had a problem since!

Very good service. New home was built next to my son in Plano and in the process of installing sprinklers for the home the company damaged my son's sprinklers in 3 areas. Rather than fighting with builder he decided to pay himself just to get sprinkles working again. Both my son (Plano) and I (Wylie) use Mia's and have always had excellent service. Only complaint is they are getting so busy it takes longer to get an appointment. Told my son I could schedule for him with another company but he said no, he would hand water the area and wait for Mia's to do the repair.

They showed up on time as scheduled, and completed the work as agreed. No surprises. Just the way I like it. The company name is "Mia's Quick Service". All other companies that we called had a two week wait, which during Texas 100+ degree summer heat would have ended my entire lawn. Mia's helped us by working us in.

May 23: I called for the initial appointment. May 30: The service man arrived on time for the appointment. I told him where some of the valve boxes were located and he checked those. Then he started visually looking around for some more, locating 6 of the 10, none of which were the broken units. I mentioned that this valve box had not been working for years and was likely buried under a layer of dirt and grass. His poking of the ground near the other valve boxes was fruitless. I said I thought he would have a tool to help locate lost valve boxes. He poked around for a little while longer and then told me that I would have to re-schedule with the office. The tool for locating lost valve boxes was broken and I would have to be scheduled for after it was repaired. I was a little annoyed that we went through this exercise, but also realize that this sometimes happens. Jun 2: I called Mia's after not hearing from them. I left a message explaining that they were going to reschedule my appointment and I was waiting. Jun 4: Having not received their call, I called again leaving another message. I asked them to at least call me back and let me know whether they CAN do the job or if I should call someone else. Jun 8: I am leaving this review. I have not heard back from Mia's Quick Service and will be seeking another sprinkler contractor. Mia's has not charged me for the service call where nothing was repaired.

Service provider arrived early, got right to work, performed the assigned task and review work with us. This is exactly how this has gone the two previous times that we have used Mia's and we will continue to call them for service.
